It was late in October when BTS was given a short break from their hectic schedule. Many locations were recommended and suggested by the group but their Manager insisted they go to Osaka, Japan and have his family show him around.

With the thought of safety and the idea of exploring a city, they've been to many times convinced the boys to agree. Plus also the fact that the break was too short, 6 days to be exact, that any longer destination would be too much of expenses. They can only do that for Bon Voyage.

Upon arriving in Osaka, they were informed that they won't be staying in a hotel as usual. To lessen the fans suspicion on where they are they were booked in an Airbnb loft near their manager's family home. At first, they were skeptical because of all the stories they heard of disgusting and inconvenient Airbnbs.

Once they got there however, their thoughts were completely turned around. The place was huge! It had 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms. One room with 3 beds and another with 4. Naturally, they played rock, paper, scissors to know who ends up where but in the end the maknae's stay in the 3 bed and hyungs in the 4 bed.

"So hyung, when will we get our itinerary?" RM asked as they ate dinner.

"No itineraries this time. Vacation is mostly shotgun so I arranged for someone special to show you all around." he smiled, "If there's someone else I trust to tour you boys around it's her."

"Her?" Jungkook asked.

"Yeap. My niece. She loves traveling and even though she lives here, she treats Osaka like a new country and continues to explore."

True enough the next day, when they were all set for their adventure, they met up in a street nearby which is apparently near their manager's house as well. A girl was waiting outside. She was dressed for a typical cool day out. Black heeled Doc Martens, black stockings, a tight short skirt, jean jacket, a white tee but what caught everyone's attention was her bright orange scarf around her neck and her auburn, almost purple hair.

"Mariko!" their manager called. She turned and grinned.

"Uncle! It's so good to see you!" she gave him a big hug and turned to the boys. "Ohayo! I know all of you. My name is Mariko Muramoto. Your manager's niece." she grinned widely.

"Hello, Mariko! We're BTS." Namjoon smiled.

"Is it me or is she just a shiny as Hoseok?" Suga mumbled to no one in particular, but Jin and Jimin who was beside him gave a smug look and nodded their heads.

"You can tell by the clothes," Jin mumbled.

"So are you boys ready for a full day of Japanese education?" she smiled.

"We're going to school?" Jimin asked.

"No silly. I'm gonna tour you guys around. Show what I know. Now come on, the van is right behind you." she smiled again walked in between the group. They all turned around and there was a van.

"Hyung. Tell us now." Jungkook turned to their manager. "Is she a witch?"

Their manager just laughed. "A witch for traveling information and itineraries."

They all piled in the van and went off. The whole ride, they just listened to Mariko go on and on about everything they saw. You know how there are those annoying fast talking girls who talk non-stop? Well to the boys' relief she's not like them. She was talking a lot but at a pace where they can still ask questions or share their own stories in between.

Soon enough they arrive in Umeda Sky Building.

"Alright! Anyone afraid of heights?" she asked. Jimin raised his hand and Hoseoks.

"Yah, I'm not afraid," Hobi said, yanking his hand down.

"You sure? Just giving a heads up. Halfway through the elevator is made of glass." she smirked seeing Hobi visibly tensed, going a little paler.

"I-I think I'll survive. I survived these 6 idiots." he chuckled slightly. Mariko giggled and nodded to the entrance.

All boys seemed to have found the situation amusing and grinned at Hoseok. Inside they all entered the elevator. As Mariko explained it started all dark but as they went up all four sides were glass. In the shaft, there were some ooh's and aah's but there was one----

"AAAAARRRGHHH!!! OH MY GOD!!!" Hoseok screamed holding on to the railing for dear life. Everyone else, even Jimin, was laughing at him.

Though she was also smiling, Mariko came by his side and encircled his arm to hers. Hoseok reciprocated the feeling and held on tight, bringing his head to her shoulder. The ride seemed to take forever with him.

"J-hope.." she whispered. All he let out was a whimper. "You can open your eyes now."

When he did, he was all the boys out of the elevator, grinning like Pennywise the clown. Their manager was too. He looked to his side to find Mariko softly smiling at him.

"You can let go of me too.." she whispered. He looked down to see his arms still gripping hers.

"Oh. Sorry." he slowly let go and slowly stepped outside the elevator. He can hear his brothers snickering behind him.

"It's okay. Just let me know if you're comfortable with anything else after." she giggled before leading them through the room filled with top to bottom windows. She let them look around and noticed someone missing. Smirking she turned around and truth be told Hoseok was just casually standing by the counter.

"You know I brought you here for a reason."

"Y-yeah but I'm cool." he smiled but she can see all through that. He did want to go and look. He just wasn't that confident. For someone who ain't afraid of performing on stage, he's kind of a wimp... a cute wimp.

"Come on." she smiled holding out her hand. He looked at it slowly, then looked up at her. She had the softest look on her face. He hasn't seen that since he last saw his mom. It was comforting and it gave him confidence.

He smiled slowly and held her hand. They started walking around the room. He was surprised himself when he was standing in front of a whole window and wasn't freaking out. He looked down to his hand holding on to hers then his eyes followed the arm connected to it until it reached her face.

She was looking out the window too. The same soft look on her face as if she was in complete peace. He gave it a soft grip making Mariko look up at him. At first, they just looked. No expression, no words, just eyes.

Slowly their smiles rose.

"If you two aren't done drowning in each other's eyes, I'm kind of hungry." their heads turned to see Namjoon smiling. Everyone was still looking around.

"Alright alright, don't get your panties in a twist." she giggled but Hoseok bawled out laughing. Still holding to her hand. Everyone looked at them.

"What's going on?" Jimin came closer. Mariko and J-hope were grinning to themselves at a gaping Namjoon.

"We're gonna eat now," she said.

The rest of the day and the trip, Hoseok held on to your hand tightly.

Even until they arrived in Korea.
