Everyone goes straight for there phones in panic when we were all of them go off, all of ours but Gabriel. Gabriel comes next to me, feeling like he's taunting me because of how tall he was and how short I was, he puts his hand on my shoulder which shocked me at first since.. well I've never had a boy come this close to me ever.
"Get out of my way bitch!" The brunette girl says pushing me to the locker, "The next time you come near me again I'll end you" She says pointing her finger at me. She ends the conversation with a punch straight to my ear. When she leaves I feel something prickle down my ear and I touch it slightly only to see blood fleeing out from the cut she made below my ear.
"Donna," I hear someone call my name which causes me to step into reality and their holding my shoulders.
"Gabriel?"
He grins at me signaling that I was safe, he lets go off my shoulders and puts his hands in his pockets "Are you ok?"
"Yeah.. yeah" I stutter out like Bill Denbrough as I push pieces of my hair behind my ears and turn away blushing... again.
Dariush reads his screen out loud "All civilians are to evacuate metropolitan areas immediately. Under no circumstances approach any unknown aircraft," his faces immediately drops "It's the next 7/11!" He shouts
"9/11 idiot" I correct him, he starts walking towards me due to anger and I stand there waiting for his bullshi-
Gabriel grabs the back of Dariush's "Slow down, and think about what you're doing, do you want to get punched again?" Gabriel says firmly looking him straight in the eye.
Dariush backs away shaking his head, I sigh in disbelief and walk over to the boy and grab his upper arm. "Thanks," I blush He nods and blushes back and we look into eachothers eyes, he had eyes that shined like a dolls eyes, his hair was-
"We got to get back to the van!" Alex snaps back at us "anyone know the way?"
Gabriel steps forward "I do" he points behind him "follow me" But before we could walk Dariush interrupts our walk
"Okay woah woah! Slow ur roll, Dora The explorer alright, this is my clique," he snaps his fingers back "Soldiers, out"
We ignore his words and scoff while following Gabriel still.
"Let's go," Gabriel says turning back and putting his hand behind my back
From behind us we hear Dariush last words to convince us
"You guys know if- you-" and sighs running to us.
..... "Everyone's gone!" Alex shouts and we all start to slow down
"Son of a bitch!" I scream
"Assholes!"
I turn to Dariush out of breath "For once I agree"
"They probably got the emergency signal and went back to camp," the out of breath ginger says
Another loud boom hits and I grab Gabriel's arm, We all look up and see thousands of things exploding in the sky "WHAT THE FU-" Dariush starts but soon interrupted by another loud ass boom
"Looks like explosions in the upper atmosphere"
I grab my phone like the others but.. mines dead I look up to Zhen Zhen and she shakes her head
"Shit," my voice cracks "Don't tell me-"
"Mines dead to, I had %90 two seconds ago! Piece of shit boost mobile" Dariush says and smacks his phone
"Mines dead to," Alex looks up and says
"Same," I respond looking around me
There was sudden whooshing and we look, suddenly the blue summer sky's turned into orange dusty hemisphere, we all look up and then hear the sudden jets come closer to us that splash through the water
"It's Independence Day!" Gabriel screams over the loud jets
"It's June Gabriel!" Dariush tries to snap back "oh wait! Maybe North Korea's invaded! Zhen Zhen, call it off!"
I face palm so hard I probably would've broke my nose if i did it again
I look to Gabriel "we just need to stay here till an adult realizes they left us here and come back"
"Aw man," Dariush walks back and forth, did he even listen? "What if they never come back!? I'm gonna die here with you losers!? Ive never even had sex before!"
We all stop in our tracks awkwardly He looks at all of us and tries to cover up what he said "Ima clear that up, I had sex.... I had sex before, I mean.. I haven't had sex with 2 girls at once, that's what I mean," he looks at me ready to go off but Gabriel moves me behind him
"Don't even start, remember what I said? Ok? Ok, you're not gonna die and your definitely not gonna have sex with her!" I feel flattered but offended in a way... oh wait-
Gabriel continues "We gotta get going, bears out here can be crazy-"
Gabriel is interrupted again by Dariush "Woah woah okay, slow ur roll. Did you just say bears? I don't do so well with bears man, I'm not trying to get DiCaprio'd up in here!"
"Look, no one does well with bears"Gabriel says in defense
"Ask Werner Herzog, grizzly man lived with-"
I scream in anger and push Gabriel to the side and slap Dariush as hard as I can, knocking his hat off
"Just listen to Gabriel, he's basically saved our asses so far," there was a silent pause "So, Gabriel, where do we go?" I grin and step aside
A/N Ugh sorry this is so bad, I have summer school tmrw and I have to deal with that one guy and I'm straight up not having a good time Next chapter at 5-10 votes, please share because the story is flopping and I worked rlly hard to write these and I only get like 16 views
