The Awards

I woke up in our bed. I turned around but Sarah wasn't there. So I quickly sat up in bed. Her phone was still on the cabinet and I couldn't hear her in the bathroom. I went downstairs to see where she was. I walked into the living room and saw her asleep on the coach, I placed a kiss on the corner of her mouth.

Sarah's POV:

I woke up on the sofa to (y/n) leaving kisses all over my face and I smiled as I woke up "hey." I whispered she smiled "hey." I slowly sat up "(y/n) do you want to come to the Emmy's with me tomorrow?" I asked and she nodded madly "I would love to Sarah!" She said with pure excitement in her voice. I put my hands on her cheeks and kissed her plumb lips. I pulled away after a while. For the rest of the day I had to tell (y/n) what happens at the awards and we order Pizza had chilled for the rest of the day.

Fast forward to 2 hours before the Emmy's

Your POV:

I was feeling more stressed for Sarah as the day went on but it was more now. I went outside to where Sarah was. She was smoking but when she looked at me she stopped. I approached her and held out my hand "may I?" She nodded and passed me her cigarette "I wouldn't usually do this I'm just stressed." She reassured me and I nodded "I don't blame you Sar." And she smiled "Come on put that out we need to get ready." She started to walk inside so I put the cigarette out and followed her inside.
We both got changed. I wore a striped two piece.

With black high heels on my feet. I walked outside my room and went downstairs. I walked into the living room and saw Sarah in a breath taking green sequinned dress.

"What do you think?" She asked I walked towards her and put my hands on her waist. "You look absolutely stunning babe." I smiled "You look amazing yourself." She put her hands just above my waist so her hands were on my bare skin. I shrugged "you look more beautiful out of us both." She gently gripped onto my skin. "We know it's true." I said "hey...none of that talk. You are beautiful and even if you wasn't I would still love you." My eyes watered a bit but I managed to get rid of them. It was the first time Sarah said 'I love you' she stood there smiling "I really do love you
(y/n)" I was now smiling "I love you to Sarah so much." I pecked her on the lips as I didn't was to ruin our makeup. The driver then pulled up and honked his horn letting us know he was here. We both let go off each other and got our phones and purses. "You ready?" I asked her and she nodded "yep let's go." She walked up to the front door and let me go first. We both got in the car and we went to the awards. When we arrived Amanda Peet and her husband were on the red carpet. Sarah got out first and walked slightly onto the carpet. A load of cameras were flashing onto her which made her look even more beautiful. She stood facing the car and signalled for me to stand with her. I came out of the car and walked over to Sarah. She held out her hand for me to take. I walked closer to her and took her hand I squeezed her hand because of I was nervous she leaned into my ear and said "if you feel nervous squeeze my hand." I smiled she then kissed me on the cheek. Suddenly everyone was shouting. "Ladies over here.' Who's that Sarah?' Is that your girlfriend?" We made our way to the end of the carpet. When the next people came all the cameras were off us. "Well done." Sarah whispered to me I smiled and thanked her. "Come on let's find our seats." We both went to our seats hand in hand. We were at the end of the row luckily I was sat next to Ryan Murphy's partner.
15 minutes later.
'Ladies and Gents it's time for the first Emmy of the night. It the award for best actress in a main character. The nominations are Tracee Ellis Ross: Blackish, Sandra Oh: killing eve, Sarah Paulson: American Horror Story And Ellen Pompoe: grey's Anatomy.' When I heard her name my heart started beating faster as she squeezed my hand. 'And the winner is... Sarah Paulson: American Horror Story." I was so happy for her she really deserved it. Before she got up she kissed me on the lips and hugged me. "Thank you."  I smiled in response and she walked up to the stage. I watched her take her award. "Um.. well I really wasn't expecting to win tonight. Especially against such a strong category. But I guess I really need to thank Ryan Murphy because without you I wouldn't be standing here tonight so Thank you, Thank you, Thank you. You have changed mine and the American Horror Story cast's life forever. One more thing. (Y/N) I love you!" She smiled so big. She went of the stage and in the next break she came back to her seat. She gave me a massive hug. And I kissed her cheek. "I love you to baby." I said in her ear. She pulled away as Amanda came over "Congrats Bird I'm so proud of you!" She said launching her self "thanks." She said hugging Amanda. 'Back on in 2 minutes!' "Oh I better go love you guys." Amanda said rushing back to her seat. Sarah sat down and kissed my cheek "thank you (y/n) I couldn't have done this without you by my side. I don't want to loose you." I took her hand and rubbed the back of her hand with my thumb "well your not going to loose me so don't worry about that because I don't want to be without you either." We both smiled and held each other's hand. We watched all the awards being handed out.
We then went to the after party for one drink and decided to go home. We waited outside for the driver to come and pick us up. It was really cold outside that I was shaking. Sarah soon noticed "baby are you cold?" And I nodded "y-yeah." I stuttered. "Aw come here." She wrapped her arms around me and rubbed my arms to try and get me warm as she let me hold her Emmy. "The car is here." I said she took my hand and we got into the car. I got as close to Sarah as I could to try and stay warm as it was still cold. "You should have brought a jacket or something like that?" Sarah asked me and I shrugged "didn't think of it." We soon pulled up to Sarah's house. I got out and went straight inside. Sarah followed a little behind me. I got the blanket of the sofa and wrapped it around me. Sarah went upstairs I get changed. I sat on the sofa scrolling through Netflix. She came back downstairs in more comfy clothes, she sat next to me on the coach "there you go since your still cold." She passed me one of the oversized jumpers. I smiled and put it on. "Thanks" I snuggled up to Sarah's side and wrapped my arms around her middle. "What do you want to watch?" I asked "let's come where we were on 'orange is the new black' if that's alright." I nodded and put it on. We watched one episode and I kept dozing off. It ended and Sarah turned the tv off "come on your going to bed." We both got up and walked to the bedroom. I changed into my pjs and got into bed with Sarah. I wrapped my arms around her and rested my bread on her chest. "Good night, love you." She said even though I was half awake "night love you too." Sarah kissed me on the forehead and I fell straight to sleep in her arms.
