Is Kie the most powerful of all of his friends and the the recruit he made?
I wouldn't say that Kie is the strongest of his friends or the recruits he's just always prepared. He's also never alone because he's connected to his children and that gives him strength.
Is Kie going to be the king of witches?
Yes.
Will he summon the dragon again?
I think I made that part a little confusing. The dragon is the baby that Nick is always holding. Kie summoned the left over trace of the dragon cleansed it and did the same thing to the left over trace in obsidian's body. Then he combined the two to make a new being from his blood. Kie had to combine his blood and Nicks so that they're baby could survive. The thing is the baby isn't the same kind of homunculus because it didn't exist before Kie gave him life.
Can you make a list of who is the most powerful and the least powerful?
I can't make a list of who's most powerful because under the right situation anyone can defeat anybody. But I can say who would most likely win in a fight.
