The sealed doors of the Alchemy division slid open as Kie walked through. The witch moved swiftly and patiently as he dodged witches and Fae who where hard at work creating new potions and stronger elixirs. Kie walked up to one of the Fae and grabbed his hand.

"Are you really about to drop a scoop of mountain ash in with a mandrake root based mixer?" Kie look at the boy in front of him who had a look on his face that was telling him why not. "You know what drop it in." The Fae shrug his shoulders and dumped the scoop. The moment the ash hit the solution it glowed blue and exploded, sending the Fae flying backwards.

"God damnit." He hissed.

"Mandrake root is a very much alive supernatural plant. Mountain ash repels most supernatural begins." Kie said as he helped the kid up and dusted him off. " Now do you understand why it doesn't mix properly. "

"I'm not giving up yet, if I'm able to finally solve this solution I'll have the perfect healing potion for shifters."

"Your right the mountain ash would subdue the shifter's aggressive nature and that would allow the purified mandrake root to corse through their system." The last part came out as a whisper. "You need a binding agent. Try White oak sap, it's a powerful healing and binding agent. Get Abby to help you she'll love this idea." Kie said as he walked into the elevator clicking the button for the next floor. When Kie walked in he saw Loveday. The witch was putting a forcefield around a chunk of smoky quartz, while Clarissa slowly swiped her fingers in a circled motion and as she did it rune after rune wrapped around the forcefield. Sweat slowly dropped down their faces as they tried to force the field into the crystal. Kie knew how to make this easier for the girls so he snapped his fingers and a circle of lit candles surround the witches. The quickly channeled the flames making it easier to shrink the forcefield. Vinik from the other side of the room levitated and stretched molten rose gold until in was thin like wire. He rose his hand and a tiny black stone along side a little golden statue of a deity floated into the air. All three of the objects went toward the smoky quartz. The stone and the statue attached it self onto the Smokey quartz as the rose gold wire wrapped it self around the stone. And for the last touch purple chains wrapped around the stone as well disappearing inside. The three witches dropped to their knee in exhaustion, but the item stayed floating in the air.

" Can I ask why you need such a powerful artifact?" Clarissa started to get off the floor.

"I need five more of these actually."

"What the fuck, do you know how hard it is to make one?" Loveday all but screamed at Kie.

"I'm counting on you finish this up quickly so you can help with the other project." Kie pointed over to the other side of the room where the the rest of the others where melting down stones and clear crystal while mixing them together and performing spell after spell on the mixer.

"And what pray tell will you be doing?" Vinik asked

"I'm needed on the third floor and Clarissa when your done here please join me there." Clarissa nodded her head as she picked up the next chunk of smoky quartz. Kie walked over to one of the containers of molten Titanium. He picked up and empty container and filled it as he slapped a top on it and levitated it with him. He stepped in the elevator and went down to the next floor.

As Kie walked in he was met with an excited Alex and Mahogany. Who quickly pulled the titanium out of the air and ran back over to the grimoire with Alex not to far behind her.

"Nice to see you too, I also brought you this." Kie said as he pulled a bag of rose seeds from his pocket.

"Yay now all we have to do is make the seeds stronger." Mahogany gave the titanium to Alex as he added different ingredients the the molten metal. Each one went up in flames until the metal turned back to its natural color but stayed in liquid form. Once that happened he picked up a knife and started to sing out the siren song of binding as he cut his hand allowing his blood to mix with the metal.
