"Wait no. Shut up." I chuckle Tyler shakes his head grabbing his phone
"No. I'll show you good music." he turns his phone up as he plays some music I scoff
"We were just listening to good music!" I say sitting crisscross
"No. That was decent music this is the good stuff." I shake my head
"Mmm." I mumble turning back to my homework "How's your history paper going?" I ask looking over my shoulder he shrugs
"Shitty. You?"
"Pretty decent." a bad feeling washes over me I look up towards the open door
"Pizza!" I hear Jeremy yell from downstairs I stand up running downstairs into the dining room Tyler follows suit slowly
"Is dumb ass still here?" Jeremy asks handing me a plate I sigh
"Yes. Tyler is still here." Tyler walks in Jer grumbles walking past him with a bump to the shoulder
"I feel welcomed." I shrug handing him a plate
"You can't blame him you are a douchebag." he sighs
"Then how come I'm helping you with math." I smile grabbing some pizza
"Because you're capable of being a nice guy." he scoffs grabbing some pizza
"More like I got enough of you begging me since you're failing that class." I glare at him
"Shut it, Lockwood." he rolls his eyes as we make our way back upstairs I set my plate down on my desk
"And I was not begging!" he chuckles turning his attention back to his work I roll my eyes looking him over I smile. .He has such a nice smile and when he's not glaring his eyes have a nice glow to them. shake my head turning back to my paper.

"Aw, it's so pretty." Caroline says looking down at the vervain filled necklace Elena gave her "God, it'll go with, like, everything. What's the occasion?"
"No occasion. Just a little friend's gift."
"Lesbian friend necklace? 'Cause we're freaky like that?" she winks jokenly as we sit down
"Well..I've been wanting to tell you this for a while now..." she looks up with wide eyes "I've fallen deeply in love with you now let me kiss your face." I joke leaning closer she laughs shaking her head Elena shakes her head with a smile
"Be serious." I chuckle
"Your friendship is important to us." I say grabbing my lunch laying it out in front of me
"Why are you guys being so mushy?" Elena looks up from her food leaning forward
"Because you've been avoiding us, And I wanted you to know that whatever is going on with you and matt, It's okay." Caroline takes in a sharp breath
"I was gonna talk to you about that. I was. But there's just not much to say. We've hung out a couple of times. That's it, but...I feel like we've peaked as friends." I take a bite of my sandwich looking between them "This is weird. I shouldn't be talking to you about this. It's weird. It's weird, right?" Elena smiles
"It's a little weird, but--Heh. If it's what you and Matt want, then it's not about me."
"But it's all about you. Matt's not over you, and we all know it."
"I'm with Stefan now. Matt understands that. He knows he has to move on." Caroline sighs turning to face me
"And you have a crush on Matt, so I didn't want to talk to you about it. I didn't want you to be uncomfy or upset." Elena chokes on her water I cough
