Turning back towards the man and employee, I figured I should say something only Epsilon would know. “I could help you.” I spoke up. The two looked to me and the man frowned. “How can you help me? You’re still just a kid.” He says. “This ‘kid' knows that if I don’t help you, someone else will and form a new Meta.” I said. “Fine. But you need to explain.” He grumbled.

I smiled. “There’s the Church we know and love.” Which caused him to do a double take. Walking away from the very confused employee, I found the USB drives and started looking at them. “Who are you and how do you know who I am?” Church asked. Holding up a finger, I spoke. “Hey Delta? Which type would be enough for you to modify into a memory unit for the A.I?”

Delta appears and Church was surprised. “What the- How do you have a fucking A.I!?” Church asks. I sighed. “Long story short, I woke up with Delta here and now I need to find all the the A.I before Sigma does. Despite that, my name is Y/n and I have watched every season of Red vs Blue. I’ll tell you more later but not while you are in a random guy.” I said.

Looking down at himself, he sighs. “I guess that would make sense. I just appeared here and I still don’t understand how.” He says. “These are capable of becoming memory units.” Delta says. I nodded and grabbed eight of them. “Time to meet my dad at checkout. Hop over to me and we can get going, Epsilon.” I said. “Are you sure I can’t stay like this?” he asked nervously. “This guy you’re in has his own life. And I need you so that Sigma can’t get you.” I said.

Epsilon mumbled incoherent words but soon he was with Delta and I. The guy he was in blinked in confusion and walked off like nothing happened. I walked towards the checkout and paid for the USB drives and saw my dad waiting for me. “At least you were on time. Let’s just get to the car and head home.” He says.

We get into the car and at a traffic light, yet another axe flew through the air towards us but as I stared at it, the axe froze mid-air. My dad and I were confused but Delta's voice went off in my head. “It appears you were right. Sigma has detected our presence and is attacking.” He says. ‘Can you start modifying the USBs into memory units? We might run into more A.I sooner than we think.’ I thought to Delta.

“Yes. I will let you know when I have completed the process so you may label them accordingly.” He says. The frozen floating axe reverses and the light turns green so we could go. “Whoever is throwing random axes at cars, they seem to of taken an interest in us.” My dad says. “Or we just happen to be in the crossfire and aren’t lucky enough to avoid it.” I suggested.

“That does not seem likely.” Delta started. ‘Now is not the time, D. Hey Epsilon, you doing okay?’ I asked. “You’d think being in a modern setting would make me feel better. But the absent bickering and Caboose’s nonsense, actually makes me miss them. I guess I feel bad for leaving them the way I did.” He says. I looked up and took the side only to see someone in the mirror.

“A.I detected. It is Sigma.” Delta says. My eyes widened and sure enough, looking at me was Sigma and whoever he was with. ‘Time to test that theory, D. Both of you go offline now.’ I thought to them. My dad turns into the neighborhood and looking behind us, Sigma wasn’t pursuing us. Once we were far enough from him, I calmed myself a bit.

Pulling into the driveway, the car is turned off and I help unload the groceries. Afterwards, I hung outside just as I saw my little brother and cousin come out of my uncle’s van. Little did I know, down the street was a guy trying to find someone to take out a pink/purple A.I from their head.
