Hey guys!!!! I'm back from the dead and sorry for not posting these past days. I was super busy with family things and school and piano things. And to Fairy Tail fans, the photo above is what I recently drew when I was at my friends house. Enjoy the chapter!!!
Y/N's POV
Blaring.
Terrified screams.
Sounds of rushing feet.
Laughter of a maniac.
Gunshots.
All of that rushing through my mind as I stare in the dark. Panic slowly starts to consume me as I dont see anything yet the noises keep coming closer. My breath gets stuck in my throat as a darker figure with bright white, round eyes and wide, white grin steps into my field of vision.
"S-stay a-away!" I say trembling with overwhelming fear and panic. The figure only replies with a wicked laugh. Soon, all the terrified screams turn into the laugh of the figure. All the laughs surround me as I glance this way and that to see nothing yet hear them around me. Tears flow out of my eyes and my knees start shaking. The laughter keeps getting louder and louder as i fall to my knees. The laughter gets so loud that my ears start bleeding and i scream out of terror.
* Brrrring Brrring *
I bolt up in bed covered in cold sweat, panting and wheezing. I look at my alarm to see that I slept in 5 minutes. I let out a shaky sigh while I run my shaking hand through my hair. I get out of bed and tumble into my bathroom to get ready. Once I finish, I head downstairs to get breakfast. After greeting Jammy and Lex and Dad, I dropped my bowl and quickly tried to pick up the pieces, only to prick my finger and stare at it in terror. Memories flashed through my head as I remembered Elizabeth and her wicked schemes. I once again started shaking heavily. All the men rush towards my shaking form to check on me and pull me away from the shards. Lex deals with my bleeding finger while Jammy and Dad deal with the shards. Tears pool in my eyes and fall out quickly. Lex hugs me and comforts me after he finishes with my finger. He gently rocks me back and forth and quietly hums to me. I break out into a full cry session and startle all of the guys. Lex stops rocking me and my Dad grabs me in bridal style and carries me to my room and lays me down in bed as he sits down at the edge of the bed and runs his hand through my hair. He hums the song that my mother used when I was scared as a baby. My cries turn into hiccups and slowly into normal slow breathes. He looks over and sees me asleep.
~Dad's POV~
I look over at Y/N to see her asleep and possibly dreaming. I quickly kiss her forehead and head downstairs to where Lex and Jammy are eating breakfast. I tell them that the little princess of the family had fell asleep. They nodded and finished breakfast and left the house to get stuff for the next wrestling match that Jammy's participating in. My head goes over the previous days events. I had found out that my wife was abusing my daughter for so long and she was struggling for so long, while I was telling her to not get into fights. Hell, even my son and his friend knew before me. My poor little Y/N came home with stab wounds and traumatized heart. I called her school and told them of her condition and called my company to tell them that I wasnt coming into the headquarters today due to family problems.
-Karma's POV-
I arrived today at school, waiting to see that precious smile of Y/N's. I sat down in my chair and stared at her empty chair that will be filled hopefully soon. The bell rang and her chair is still empty. Koro-Sensei enters the room and gives some news that I wasnt gonna listen to but once Y/N's name was mentioned, I perked my ears up.
"Class, today Y/N will not be attending due to her having a mental breakdown. Apparently, she cut her finger on a broken bowl and once she saw the blood, she had the breakdown. Her dad said that a few of her most trusted friends can come tonight to her house and Irina-Sensei will accompany those who go." - Koro-Sensei
My heart broke to hear this news and I ditched classes that day. During break, I found Nagisa, Nakamura, and Kaede and told them that we would go to her house later. I stayed all day at our base and thought about my girl. Our little fights with others, our naps, our playful banters, and harmless pranks( most of the time). The kiss we almost had, the sweet kiss she gave me on my cheek before she left, the way she smiles, her eyes, and her existence. It is a drug to my body that leaves me craving more.
<Later in the day and Y/N's POV>
I wake up to a slipting headache and slightly trembling body. I groan loudly as I hold my head. Dad then enters my room with a glass of water and a pill. He looks emotionally exhausted and worried.
"Hey Dad, what's wrong?" - Y/N
"How you were suffering all this time and I knew nothing about this. I'm sorry for not knowing about this. Forgive me." - Dad
"Dad, how would you know about this if I never told you it? I did it to protect you, Jammy, and Lex. After all, I was trying to live up to your nickname you gave me when I was little." - Y/N
"Angel with a shotgun?"- Dad
"Yes Dad. What do you think now?"- Y/N
"I love you sweetie. You also have guests that I forgot about. For some reason, Lex and Jammy looked scared of one kid."- Dad
"Please let them come in."- Y/N
He nodded and left my room as I swallowed the water with pill. Soon, the guests came in. Karma, Nagisa, Nakamura, Kaede, and Irina walked in with Dad behind them. Irina jumped at me the second she entered the room.
"Oh my goodness, Y/N! Are you okay? Do you need big sister to sleep with you tonight?"- Irina
"Pfffffft!!!!"- Karma
"Shut it period head."- Y/N
"Uhhh... Y/N-chan, here is the homework for all of today's lessons."- Nagisa
"Thank you, Nagisa-kun!" - Y/N
"Omg! I thought we lost you for good!! Lmao!"- Nakamura
"Get out Rio if your gonna be sarcastic."- Y/N
"I brought you some fruits, Y/N-chan. They are in the kitchen."- Kaede
"Thank you, Kaede."- Y/N
Pretty soon, Nagisa, Kaede, and Rio left to go back home and Irina and Dad went to catch up on her life. Karma filled me in on what happened( Irina and her teacher trying to kill Mr. Karasuma) although he was gone the whole day.
"Anyways, I gotta head back home. See ya tomorrow, Angel with a shotgun."- Karma
"Huh??!!"- Y/N
He smirks and leans over and kisses my forehead before he leaves. He stops at the door and says,
"Wheres my goodbye?"
"Go fuk a cactus, period head." I said with a wide smirk. I got out of my bed and swiftly walked over to him and kissed his cheek. "Good night baka. Stay safe because I cant fly to your safety." And get back in bed and turn my back to him, falling asleep. He softly smiles a genuine smile and heads to his house after he says goodbye to my family.
