Nala just finished drying the washed cups and saucers. She was about to put them in the cupboard when a customer entered.
"Irrashaimase (Welcome)" She greeted the customer.
"Are you done with work?"
She was shocked to see Shun-senpai so early. He usually drops by after dawn.
"Not quite. Why?" She answered.
"Aww. You forgot? We were supposed to play a game together." He sounded hurt.
"Oh yeah! I'm so sorry. I just had a very busy day. Umm, I'll just finish this. Then, I think I can play with you. No one is around, I think," she apologized as she looked around to see an empty café.
"Sounds fine, but give me your console so I can start the game. Don't worry. I'll wait for you before I unlock the special dialogues," he offered.
"Sure," she said as she handed him her 3ds and her Fire Emblem Fates - Birthright game.
After cleaning the counter, she made a cup of tea and got some cookies. She brought them to Shun-senpai. "This is on the house."
"Wow. Playing games with free food! This is life," he exclaimed.
They spent the next hours playing and laughing, and sometimes nibbling on the cookies.
"Wow! That was awesome!" Nala exclaimed while wiping some of her tears. They were able to finish the game in no time.
"Are you crying because we finished the game?" Shun was surprised.
"No. No. The storyline is so deep," she answered.
"Wait until you finish the Conquest and Revelation," he said. "I have the game if you don't have it. Let's play some time."
Nala nodded without hesitation. She unintentionally agreed for another date with Gamer-senpai.
