Nala thought that the façade of the café is a bit bare and boring. She asked permission from Aunt Josie if she could plant some flowers in the empty plot in front of the café. Aunt Josie was thrilled with the idea so Nala went to the nearby gardening shop. She grew up in the countryside so she knew the basics of gardening, but it's been quite a while since she had done that. She was wondering what goes good with what.

As she was thinking carefully, a mascot caught her eye. It was a cute but weird goat mascot. She thought that he was a mascot of the shop but then she noticed that he was wearing a uniform. She wanted to ask for help so she went decided to take her chances.

"Senpai, I see that you are quite adept in gardening." She pointed on the tools and seeds held by the mascot. To her dismay, the student only nodded. "Umm, I was wondering if you could help me. I want to plant some flowers in front of the café that I am currently working, but I don't know what kind of flowers to plant," she added. A stare was his only response.

Nala sighed for she thought that he won't help her, but as she turned around, the student grabbed her arm and lightly pulled her towards a seed shelf. Confused, Nala followed the weird mascot student who gave her a bunch of flower seeds, some gardening tools and fertilizers. Then he dragged her to the cashier. As Nala was getting her wallet, the mascot beat her to handling cash to the teller.

"Wait. I'll pay," Nala protested. The mascot only looked at her and shrugged before handling her the goods. He then grabbed her hand and gently pulled her outside. Nala didn't ask where they were going for she recognized the path he was taking. It was towards the café.

Aunt Josie was sweeping the fallen leaves outside the café when Nala and the mascot arrived. "Baa, did you help Nala shop?" The mascot nodded as a response to Aunt Josie.

"Baa?" Nala asked.

Aunt Josie pointed at the mascot. "Yes dear. That's what he is called."

Then Baa took the gardening tools from Nala and kneeled in front of the café. Nala watched him as he meticulously tilled the ground. Baa looked at her and pointed at the bag of seeds that she was holding.

As Nala helped Baa-senpai plant the seeds, she happily thought that she was lucky to meet him for he was a gardening genie of some sort.
