A Frightening Occurrence

Madran and Suga talked together while Sheila, Margaret, and Elizabeth examined the orb.

"So, Madran, why did you warn me away from the fires? Bubonia told me that it was fine."

"I honestly don't know. Maybe, I was sent into a panic because of Bubonia's weakness to fire, or I just thought that they could burn you."

"Well, that thing with that crazy guy coming up was kinda spooky. Also, him and the younger Tatsuya had almost the same persona, but, like, different colors."

"It was a Reverse Persona."

"Huh?"

Suga looked over at Maya.

"They're like when a shadow can use a persona, the normal person's persona gets brought over to that shadow and their morals get slightly altered. For example, while Vulcanus's theme is the fire that burns away impurity, Reverse Vulcanus's is that he is the fire that burns away everything."

"Oh. That makes sense."

"Hey, guys, there are more memories in here. We should probably take this with us."

Sheila held the orb out and tapped it.

"Um, it doesn't seem to work twice in the same room."

"Well, let's go!"

Madran went over to the door and opened it. Once they were through, Madran found that there was only one path forwards.

"Ok, everyone, onwards!"

Madran and the rest advanced through the path again. However, as Madran had seen, there was another shadow up ahead.

"Ok, everyone, get ready."

Madran snuck up to the shadow once more and jumped it, which caused it to transform. The shadow then turned into three new shadows, with two being similar and one being different. Madran then began a scan.

"Ok, this one's Black Frost! He's weak to nothing, unfortunately, absorbs Frei and Bufu, and reflects Agi, Eiha, and Mudo."

Madran pointed over to a larger Jack Frost that appeared to have a color swap, with its normal color being swapped from white to black and any blue coloring on it being purple instead.

"Next, this weird puppet dudes are Mokoi! They're weak to Garu and block Zio. Do your thing, Plague!"

Madran gestured to a pair of odd, puppet-like beings with box-like limbs, two cold, dead, pupil-less eyes, a white cloth around its waist, and a small boomerang in one hand. Suga then utilized a Magarula, knocking the Mokoi over. Madran and Chicory then utilized a Bombastic Slugger on the Black Frost, who responded with a Mabufudyne.

"Ok, first, ow, and second, Hama, please!"

Sheila directed a Hama at the Black Frost, who dodged. However, Maya shot at the Black Frost, knocking him over.

"Ok, nice one, Rumor! All-Out Attack, everyone!"

Madran initiated an All-Out Attack, killing the Mokoi but leaving the Black Frost alive. However, when Madran began to initiate an Assault Dive, the Black Frost put both of his hands up.

"Spare me-hee, ho! I didn't do anything wrong, ho!"

"You iced all of us-"

"Hey, wait, let me talk."

Maya walked up to Black Frost.

"Do you want to join us?"

"Hee-yes, ho! Anything other than death, ho!"
