"I'm just glad we could all stick together as a group of hunters." A more mature sounding voice says. In a fairly inconspicuous penthouse, four people can be found inside doing their own business. One of them sports long, flowing black hair held back by a dark magenta hairband, ocean blue eyes, and has taken to wearing a school uniform- a white and blue dress with bows on the sides, black stockings and similarly colored double strap mary janes- this was Shinobu Kamizono, and with her was her sister, Maya. She had short black hair held with cross-like hairpins, an oni mask on the side of her head, red eyes and she wore a different school uniform than Shinobu's- a long white sailor shirt with a bow in the front, a black skirt and brown loafers with no socks.
"Well you have me and my experience to thank Shinobu-chan." Maya chuckles.
"Hey, don't get too full of yourself now." Another voice laughs. He sports even shorter black hair than Maya's, sticking out like hedgehog quills, brown eyes, and he wears a simple school uniform- shirt, slacks and tennis shoes, only there are various rips on his shirt and slacks. This was Jack Bermant, a close ally of the Kamizono sisters and their so-called "little brother". "Babe! You gonna miss out on breakfast or what?" Jack playfully calls out.
"You know, it does take a girl some time to get ready, even if it is just a school uniform that we have been allowed to keep!" A fourth voice calls out as she emerges. She sports short blonde hair that stops at her shoulders with a black bow in the back, purple eyes and a similar school uniform to Shinobu's, except the blue is almost maroon colored, there's a single bow in front like Maya's, and she wears white stockings with brown loafers. This was Yukina, a neophyte demon huntress and Jack's wife. "I am so surprised that the academy has let us keep our uniforms. At least this will save some time."
"I guess it's almost like our trademark." Jack chuckles as everyone chows down.
"Disturbances were reported not too far from where we are right now, so we best check them out." Shinobu says. "After we finish eating these pancakes. Man am I a good cook or what?"
