"Oh.. My.. God." my mouth falls open.

This party fits the stereotype.

Huge house, blaring music, drunk people everywhere.

And when I say everywhere, I mean, everywhere.

There are girls running around in crop tops that look like bras, mini skirts, and no shoes, with drinks in their hands and their eyes glazed. Boys are on the lawn throwing up, then drinking more. I can see a pool in the back of the house, while people jump into it from a balcony on the house.

And I haven't even gotten inside yet.

At least there aren't that many neighbors, or else we would all be screwed.

But whoever owns this house, probably pays the neighbors they do have to keep their mouth shut.

Because it doesn't take a genius to know that half the kids here are having sex with random people, and the other half are either drunk or high, or trying to have sex with random people.

I roll my eyes, this is definitely not my type of environment.

I turn to Lindi who has a wide grin on her face, "This is going to be so, much, fun!" she exclaims.

She runs up ahead of me, completely forgetting who brought her here. My face scrunches up, and I groan as I walk up to the house. Knowing that I'll be having oh so much fun, standing in the background, avoiding everyone else.

I look around the house, and it's huge. The loud rap music pounds through the speakers in every room of the house, while girls grind on random guys. I walk over to a cooler, and look through it.

Of course, only alcohol. I sigh and grab a beer.

Which I personally gag at the sight of it. I'm typically a 'good girl', I mean, I get okay grades, only had one beer in my sixteen years of life, and have shared a kiss with only two people.

And that's it.

I look around, slowly sipping the bitter beer, and leaning against a wall.

Lindi appears, a wide grin on her face. "Oh my god, I am having so much fun!" she exclaims, dragging a random, rather attractive guy behind her.

I smile lightly. "Glad you are."

She frowns. "You're not?"

"Not really." I state.

No, not at all.

"I could show you a good time." a random guy appears, with dirty blond hair, obviously wasted.

I scoot away. "Um, no thanks. I'm good." I say uncomfortably.

He shrugs, and walks away, thankfully.

"Well I see the problem. You're not even giving guys a chance!" Lindi exclaims.

I sigh. "Lindi," I pause for dramatic effect. "All these guys want is to get in a girl's pants. That's what their whole head is processed around in these type of environments."

She rolls her eyes playfully. "Well, I'm gonna go dance with Wes." she says, and begins to walk away. "But Floyd, remember, have fun." she mouths the last part.

I nod slowly. I lean against a wall and look at all the people dancing and having fun. Just living, not caring about tomorrow.

Sigh.

I used to be one of those people.

I look up, in the distance and see Lei Davis leaning against a wall, and some guy kissing her neck and cheek. She sees me and smirks.
