Kim Yerim was undoubtedly a coffee person. She always found the aroma of the coffee beans relaxing. While the caffeine did wonder in regaining her focus, the artsy interior of the café really could cheer up her mood. That was how Yeri gained this one of her habit, café-touring. She often dragged the group with her, using that as a get-together activity. Although some of them wasn't a coffee person, but they surely found the same delight in discovering various delicious meals the café had offered. They would make a bet before their visit to a certain cafe, guessing whether it would be yay or nay. After they tasted it, they would conduct a vote. For those who lose, they would pay for the winner's bill. It was an exciting thing to do, only if the whole group came together.

Today wasn't the case, though.

"I see someone has been ditched." A familiar playful tone she had awfully get used to, coming from behind her. Yeri rolled her eyes at the grinning man that already stood in front of her table.

Jeon Jungkook looked glorious with his tall figure, cladded in a pair of black ripped jeans, grey sweat shirt, and sling bag. His hair color though, was the one who pulled Yeri back to a memory lane. Rather than his usual unruly, slightly longer dark brown hair, it came back to a shorter cut black hair. Just like how he looked back then during university. Yeri's chest tightened inwardly at the sight.

This all felt too familiar.

"Yeah, don't mind me." came her sarcastic answer, slightly covering the sudden bitterness bubbling up inside her stomach, that a little bit taking her aback.

Jungkook laugh at her answer, "At least I am here, am I not?"

"God, thank you for your mercy." Another mocking answer was out and Yeri thought she really need to get her head out of gutter. "And thank you too, of course."

Jungkook, although kind of sensing Yeri's odd demeanor, but because she looks so fine in just a simple Balenciaga sweat shirt, chose to shrug it off. "No problem." He smiled, "So, what's their specialty?"

"Cute interior, as far as I know." Yeri side-eyeing her caramel macchiato in a slight disdain.

Jungkook caught her eyes and frowned, "Well, I do hope that my presence can fix your disappointment."

"What?" Yeri choked at the male's words, "I really want to throw up after hearing that."

Jungkook laughed, "Let's just indulge ourselves in this peaceful vibe then. I think sometime we really need an antidote to Jimin and Dahyun antics."

Yeri snorted but couldn't help to giggle upon remembering their group's kkab duo. To think of it, their group consisted from people who has a complete opposite personality. The ridiculous Jimin and Dahyun were heavily contradicted with Kyungsoo and Sehun's all seriousness. The savage herself was quite an opposite of the ever so nice Seulgi. Then the reckless Jaehyun was no match in compare to the perfectionist Jungkook.

But therefore... somehow... they just clicked and as cliché as it may sounds, they completed each other like a puzzle.

"We certainly have a complex group member." Yeri nodded in agreement. "Your sweat shirt looks dope, though. What is it?"

It was just a plain dark grey sweat shirt that has the effect of wash-off color. Very ordinary yet exuded a usual expensive hype-beast clothing. To be embarrassingly honest, the sweat shirt was the fifth clothes Jungkook tried on before going to meet her. Yes, he was that eager to impress her.
