No special reason.

That was the answer when her own self kept wandering back to the event last night. It was her who initiate the dinner first, it was her who apologized first, and it was her who offered peace between them first. All those things happened for no exact reason. It was just too suffocating to live in the same room with such tension. Despite her ability to create a commotion sometime, Yeri was originally a peace-lover. Despite this stranger feeling she felt inside her stomach, Yeri was more than determined to prove that she was already letting her feeling go. Yeri was more mature and wiser now, heck she wouldn't let her grudge from the past affect her.

She also had become a responsible employee to add, because all the bad blood they had created within themselves would disturb their effectivity as a team work. Dahyun had told her once the over-all cost for this summit – she was one of the senior staffs in finance department after all – and it was surely a hefty amount of money they shouldn't mess with. As expected from the capable Senior Assistant Manager, - she patted her back mentally – Heechul-nim and Junmyeon-nim would be so proud of her if they know about this.

So, no special reason. She was sure of it.

Jungkook seemed elated to their improvement too, judging from the bunny smile he had constantly displayed throughout the day, some jokes he had initiated during their conversation, and attentive gestures he had showed her during each breaks and lunch time. It was all good, though she had to try a little harder to control her heart's race whenever those bunny teeth appeared, Yeri was satisfied. And she would make sure to take their last night's resolution seriously.

"I'm glad we're good." Jungkook had told her over a can of beer after they finished their dinner. "It feels refreshing."

"Indeed," she nodded, "Let's be civil to each other for a long time, yes?"

Jungkook nodded too, "Kim Yerim, let's be comfortable to each other, just like back then in our time during university." He was too blinded with happiness to notice the slight tense on her shoulders at his words. But the female quickly casted the uncomfortableness away.

"You do realize that your old self is not that cool, right?" She chuckled, "I'll agree if you can become the cooler version of your old self, Jeon."

"Yeah right, bunches of MVP tittles I got during basketball matches in university are not yet enough to make me a cool person," He shrugged his shoulder playfully as the female snorted at his cockiness, "But sure, I'll turn into the coolest person you'll ever know, Kim Yerim-sshi. Anything for you."

Yeri remembered, she gives him her most genuine smile as a response. A smile that currently hadn't leave her face for a while now. As a result, it boosted her appearance to another level. Her happy condition made her look prettier. Very noticeable to other people – opposite sex, mainly – including her new acquaintance.

"Is it me or you look five times prettier than yesterday?" Ten greeted her as soon as he catches her alone during one of their break. It wasn't an empty sweet talk. She was indeed prettier, with her pinkish Channel tweed blazer, white blouse, and pink skirt.

"Five times prettier? I expected eight times, actually." Yeri's playful answer had the male laughed.

"I was about to say a hundred, actually. But I was afraid you'll throw your drink on me."
