Love Doesn't Exist (bxb)

Prologue

What is love? Everyone says it's amazing but, they start to cry once it ends. Isn't love supposed to make you happy as nothing else can?

They say love is what you need in life to be human. I look at my mom and I and think we are still very human, both of us don't need love. We live perfectly fine without it and besides, why must we put all our time and effort to find something that isn't guaranteed to us.

Oh, and don't even try to me laugh about the whole soulmates bullshit. Ha, don't we wish that could be true. But if it were true wouldn't that mean that everyone would be happy and content with their life with their "loved ones" and not try to ruin it.

If love was such a huge factor in determining if you are human then why must it also bring us grief?

So, what is love and why must people have it?
