After turning into a demon, EJ forgot a lot of things - including his last name and how (human) food works.
One time he tried to microwave cereal. Jeff caught him doing this and had to show him step by step how to "make" cereal. Afterwards, he made fun of him for it and to this day he never lets him live it down.
