He doesn't always kill his victims. Usually, he manipulates them and drives them to insanity and/or suicide because he enjoys toying with their minds. When he does decide to kill them himself, however, he'll either electrocute them to death, strangle them with wires, or (this one he only does if he's extremely angry and/or frustrated) he burns them alive. He's very good at making their deaths look like suicides or accidents.
