Kairi attacked me with a hug. "Auntie Jordyn."

"hey baby. How are you-"

She cut me off. "you getting fat." She poked my belly. And I faked a smile. Children and their no filter mouths.

"something like that." I chuckled nervously.

"where is he?" His dad asked.

"I think making a call upstairs." I said. He just walked passed me in anger and I sighed.

"I'm so happy you're here! Is mommy here too?" She grinned looking around.

"uhm. . No baby, I don't know where she is." I said.

"oh."  She frowned and my best guess is she probably hasn't seen her mother in so long.
"I miss mommy and daddy together." She had tears in eyes.

I felt bad because she was just a child and she just missed living with her parents. I picked her up and took her to the kitchen for ice-cream. "shhh don't tell daddy I gave you ice-cream." I knew Dave wouldn't approve since it makes her very energetic.

"thank you" She was still down, and I tickled her and she started laughing telling me to stop.

"let me see that billion dollar smile." I tickled her still..  She grinned still laughing making me smile at how cute she looked.

Dad barged in the study while I was getting more information from my PI about the gang. "you fucking impregnated her!?"

I looked at dad, as grown as I am he still wants to put himself in my business. "yes."

"are you fuckin dumb? Out of all the pussies you get, you decided to impregnate that bitch!" He shouted angrily.

"come on pops, there's no need to call her a bitch. She did nothing to you, her dad is gone and-"

"I know. God doesn't make any mistakes he deserved it. He's lucky I didn't kill him from all the times he tried to murder you." He said calming down.

"I know you were avoiding more bullshit and I just need you to do the same shit right now." I told him.

"watch your words." He warned looking at me.

I sighed. "she just needs a non stressful pregnancy pops. At least think about the baby, that's your blood, living in her womb."

"don't remind me. First it was that hoodrat now it's her. Why can't you just pick the right girls?" He chuckled thinking at Kira.

"Jordyn is right. Minus the fact that her dad was your enemy you'd love everything about her." I told him.

"just like you do huh?" He smirked. My dad knew how much she meant to me. He didn't like it but he just knew.

"we're not on a dating level yet. Just figuring out a way to make sure she has a safe pregnancy." I told him chuckling.

"good. I don't need you back in that bullshit." He joked.

I nodded. "please don't let anyone know yet until she's far along where we can relax."

"how many months is she now?" He asked.

I really didn't now myself. "I think about 3 or 4 months but we haven't talked properly yet because of what happened."

"what happened?" He got interested.
