Never Ending Fear

~Chapter 1~

~Luka's POV~

I sat with the rest of my friends, laughing and smiling. Basically just enjoying the the time we were spending together after school.

"So, how are you two doing?" Kiyoteru asked us. Miku and I. We were best friends of course. Been best friends since 2nd grade. I smiled, "I'm fine" I replied blushing a bit.

Kiyoteru could be so sweet, but could snap one second and suddenly get violent. Verbally of course. But still everybody always tried no to tick him off, not wanting to see the bad side of him.

He returned the smile as well, "And you Miku?" He asked.

"I'm doing well as long as Luka's doing well!" Miku said happily in that soothing voice of hers. I always wondered what she would be like as a mother. Because whenever somebody, anybody, it could even be a random person on the street! And she would try to cheer them up and make them feel better.

Rin and Len sat next to me and they were giggling. 'Hm, that's odd...' I thought. They always giggled at me and Miku. We were just best friends, I don't get why we would be giggled at. Maybe they were just constantly telling jokes? Ever since they started dating, they were always together. They hardly ever left each others sides. I looked over at Miku and saw she was looking at Rin and Len too. But blushing. 

I understand, she was probably embarrassed. Meiko sat next to Miku, sitting on Kaito's lap. They were dating as well. Kaito was whispering into her ear and she was giggling. She acted so much younger than she was, it wasn't even funny. I scoffed as she giggled and pulled him into a kiss as a little girl walked into the classroom.

"Onii-chan?" the little girl said sweetly. I smiled she was so cute!! Kiyoteru turned and smiled, then frowned. "Yuki, what are you doing here? How'd you get here? Did you come here all alone?" Kiyoteru asked, he seemed to be very worried about her. She looked down at her feet,"Mommy sent my onii-chan". 

Kiyoteru looked confused. "Why did mom send you?" he asked. 

"Be-because it's raining and she wanted me to bring you your umbrella and rain boots" Yuki replied and held out her hands holding a pair of rain boots and umbrella.

I smiled and got off of the desk I was sitting on and walked over to Yuki and Kiyoteru. "You're very brave, bringing your brother his rain equipment, you know" I said. Yuki blushed as she looked at me and smiled brightly. "Thank you, Ms.!" She said and I smiled as well. I walked back over to Miku and she giggled. "You'd make such a great mom, Luka!" Miku said.

I blushed and looked at my feet. "Well, I've always thought I'd do good as a babysitter" I said and Miku giggled a bit more.

~Yuki's POV~

That girl was so nice! And she was really pretty. I wanna be like her when I grow up- no, I want Onii-chan to marry her! She was really really pretty...

"Onii-chan!" I whisper yelled. He was watching her as she went back to her teal-haired friend.

"Hm? What is it Yuki?" He asked, whispering back.

"She's really pretty!" I whispered back. His face suddenly got a light shade of pink.

"Yeah, Yeah she is," He whispered back. I smiled and giggled a little bit. 

"Well, I should get back home," I said talking in my normal voice. 

I saw everybody in the room look over at me and Onii-chan, and I felt a little nervous. 

"You can stay if you'd like!" The pretty girl's teal-haired friend said, winking at the pretty pink-haired girl. The pretty girl just blushed and looked down at her feet and muttered something inaudible. 

"Uhm..." I said nervously and looked up at Onii-chan who, in return, smiled down at me encouraging me to make a choice. 

"Uh yeah sure, alright" I said and smiled at everybody. They smiled in return and went back to their individual conversations. "Onii-chan?" I asked him. 

"Yeah?" He asked back.

"Can you tell me everybody's names?" I asked sheepishly looking down at my feet, and at my rain boots. They had teddy bears on them as design and a giant hot pink bow at the top! I loved my rain boots.

He smiled back and pointed to the two blondes who were talking and said "Those two are Rin and Len, they're dating." Then he gestured to the pretty girl with her teal-haired friend. "Those two are Luka and Miku." Then he gestured to an immature acting girl and a blue-haired boy, "Meiko and Kaito" After that, he gestured to two corner lurkers. A green haired girl and a purple long haired boy. "Gumi and Gakupo" Finally he gestured to a lone girl. She was blonde and was wearing a skimpy outfit. "Lily." He finished. I smiled and thanked him and went straight to Lily. She seemed like a person who needed a friend.

I walked over to her and she looked up at me and an immediate smile came across her face.

"Hey there" she said in a sweet voice. I smiled and waved slightly saying a quiet "Hi" then asking "Why are you alone?". I quickly realized the mistake I had made, as her smile faded and her gaze hardened into stone. 

"Everybody's got their own clique, but I don't have one." Lily replied.

"Oh..." I said quietly, thinking. Then I looked up at her with a bright smile and a slight giggle and said cheerfully "You're part of my clique!" '

Lily's perfect smile came back, and it even seemed as if there were tears in her eyes. "I've been waiting for someone to say that," Lily said and I laughed and held out my arms for a hug. Lily happily leaned in and hugged me for what seemed like a while.

~Rin's POV~ 

I laughed as Len continued whispering to me about Miku and Luka. 

"Okay okay," I whispered back. "Now, what about Luka and Kiyoteru?" I asked.

Len laughed and smiled. "I kinda ship it," Len said "But I ship Luka and Gakupo more."

I looked over at him, "I can sorta see her with that hentai" I replied and he smiled. 

"Total hentai" Len said as we moved our gazes to Gakupo and Gumi, and looked at each other with a smirk. When suddenly, I saw Len pucker up and quickly move towards my lips. I didn't even have time to react before the kiss was over. My face was bright red, or so it felt. 

"I told you not to do that!" I snapped at him.

He grinned sheepishly, "I couldn't hold back anymore..." He replied.

H-Hold ba-back?! E-eh?!

This is the first chapter! sorry it took so long but it took a while to write because I don't usually type this much into one chapter but I think I'm gonna try to update this on Mondays and Fridays!
