~Gakupo's POV~

The girl giggled as the leech tunneled through my eye. It was an everlasting pain, like a tiny drill digging through my body. It was tunneling through my skull, tearing every nerve and muscle in my skull. It even tunneled through some of the bone in my skull as it ripped and tore my flesh. I could practically hear the leech laughing as it ate me, too. It was laughing as it dug through me. I looked at the girl, and figured I had one last chance to deliver the message.

"Tell Luka... I'm sorry for being an... ass all these years..." I said.

The girl cackled, "Is she your girlfriend or something?"

"I wish she was, but she always hated me..." I choked out. "I was such an ass..."  I knew my end was coming. But, I surprisingly wasn't scared. I knew I was gonna die one day, and I had already accepted it.

The girl giggled, "What do you know, its one of those stupid love stories!" Then, she snapped her fingers like she had just remembered something. "Also the name's Sachiko, don't! Call me a little girl again! But then again, I guess you won't get the chance too," Sachiko said between cackles "So, have fun!" She waved and then walked down the hall. I felt tears stream out as I closed my eye and what was left of my other one.

"Goodbye... Luka..." I whispered knowing my time was soon. But I didn't do anything. Like a deer in headlights, I laid there waiting for death to hit me like a train. I felt my head get woozy and I could feel my heart beating in my head like a drum, as my vision got dark, then I let it happen.

~Yuki's POV~

I clutched Lily's hand tightly as we walked through the halls. I wish we could find a bathroom... I sighed and looked up at the ever so gorgeous Lily. I smiled as we walked down the broken down, beat up halls of the elementary school.

"Ushiromiya-san.... maybe if we go to the nurse's office... maybe we'll find somebody?" I asked looking up at her, figuring there must be something I could go in.

"Uh yeah sure Yuki," Lily answered I smiled as stopped and changed direction.

"Arigato [Thank You] Ushiromiya-san!" I said cheerily. She didn't seem to have the same expression. I wonder what was wrong...

 ~Len's POV~

Oh my god, can he just shut up? He babbled on and on about random shit that nobody cared about. He's so annoying... I looked at him then down at his hand and studied the glinting object in it. I kept waiting for him to show me what it was but he never did. Not yet at least, but I couldn't work up the courage to ask. It was so odd to me that he would have something in his hand and never forget about it or lose it. I sighed as he went onto the subject of lemons. My gaze found his way back to his eyes and I stopped walking.

"Li, no offense, but can you shut up?" I said monotonously with an emotionless face. He looked at me like he was truly hurt by my words.

"That was what he said last time I saw him..." Li said his blue eyes turning to stone as he looked down at his feet.

He? Hm who could this 'he' be? "Who's he?" I asked curiously. He looked back at me like I was a monster. What did I do? I was just curious that's all. And missing Rin I guess...

"His name was Piko. He told me that just before the earthquake started..." Li said his gaze softening a bit.

"Piko..." I said, "Maybe we can look for him while we look for everyone else," I looked at him.

His eyes lit up as he looked at me excitedly. "Really?!" He asked.

"Of course," I replied. We were in this together right? We had to find everyone because the more people you were with the better. More protection. More safety. More love... I really must've missed Rin because next thing I knew I heard her screaming.
