A man in his thirties with black hair and beard and grey eyes appeared on Grimmauld Place, London.
He looked to house number twelve and wondered how much it would have changed. The beautifully decorated hourglass firmly in his left hand he walked up to his childhood home, silently thanking Dumbledore for this chance.
The man stood in front of the door and wanted to ring the doorbell when he heard a girl, probably thirteen shout angrily.
"Give it back! This isn't funny! Aries!"
In response a man laughed.
"Can't you reach your love letter? Poor little Liv, can't even get her own things back!" "If you don't give it back, I'll hex you!" "Mum, Dad! Olivia wan'ts to hex Aries!", a boy shouted. He seemed to be around fifteen. The man couldn't help but smile. Finally, some life had returned to his home. He rang the doorbell and everyone went quiet.
Hushed voices seemed to discuss something and the man almost feared that the door wouldn't be opened, but it was.Another black haired man with grey eyes stood in the doorway and looked at the man warily.
"How can I help you?", he asked kindly."Does Cassia Potter live here?", the man replied. The younger man frowned, but answered confused and cautious: "No, but she's here right now. I'm Aries Black, her son." "Black?", the stranger asked surprised.
The young Black sighed. "Yeah, people ask about it a lot. I'm the last Black for now, get over it. Who are you?", he asked a bit annoyed.
"I'm Sirius Black. I'm from the past.", the stranger replied and held up the hourglass.
"Show me the bracelet then.", Aries replied cooly. Sirius pulled up his right sleeve and showed him the bracelet he had gotten from Cassia so many years ago.
Aries nodded. "Then come in. I'm sure Mum would like to see you again.", he just told his father. He had shown no reaction to meeting his father. Remus had told Aries and Cassia that Sirius would visit from 1996, since he wanted to make sure that Cassia would be alright. He hadn't told anyone anything that happened, but did seem happier.
Sirius couldn't help but notice how much frendlier the house had become. The wallpapers were brighter, the floor had been changed and his mother's portrait was gone.
Aries led his father to the Salon, where even his younger siblings had finally sat down. Sure, it had been Aries' fault that they hadn't at first, but whatever.
The room was kind of crowded. The Potters, Weasleys (Ron's branch), the Malfoys and the Lupins had come to visit.
Aries sat down next to a beautiful 25 year old girl with dark purple hair, a heartshaped face and green eyes.
Sirius just stood there awkwardly."Sirius!", Cassia exclaimed pleasently surprised. She went over and hugged her ex-boyfriend. "We've been wondering which year you visited! Remus said you didn't tell."
Next Sirius was hugged by Remus, Harry and lastly Tonks, who still used that nickname, even though she wasn't a Tonks anymore.
"Should we introduce everyone? I'm sure Sirius can't guess anyones names and since he's from the day before- before Voldemort is seen by the Minister and many of his officials, I don't think it's going to do any harm. It didn't do any harm.", Hermione suggested.
Harry decided to start: "I'm Harry, if you couldn't tell. I'm head of the department of law enforcement." "Ginny. I married Harry and am a sports journalist and ex-chaser of the Holihead Harpies." "My name is James Sirius Potter, Gryffindor. And I'm an Auror.", one of the young black haired men introduced himself.
"I'm honored, Harry.", Sirius commented grinning.
"My name's Albus Severus Potter, Slytherin. And I am a journalist for the daily prophet, though I am working on my first book.", the younger of the Potter boys introduced himself.
"You named him after Snivellus? No wonder he's a Slytherin. Since when are Potters Slytherins by the way? I thought they were traditionally Gryffindors."
"As you may know, following traditions isn't always good.", Albus replied, faking a sweet smile.
The blonde boy holding his hand chuckled. "That was never your thing." Before Sirius could ask for his name, the red haired girl next to them decided to introduce herself."I'm Lily Luna Potter. Gryffindor. And I'll soon start at the Appleby Arrows. Nice to meet you." "Nice to meet you too."
Next were the two blondies. "Draco Malfoy. I sometimes help out the ministry buy I don't have a job. I do Alchemy though."
Sirius frowned. He hadn't thought that a Malfoy would become friends with Potters and Weasleys.
"My name is Scorpius Hyperion Malfoy. I'm an Auror trainee. Slytherin and Albus' boyfriend.", he introduced himself.
Sirius frowned slightly and smiled at the couple reassuringly.Remus was next. "Remus. I'm currently working in the department of law enforcement." At that Sirius had to smile. Finally lycanthropy would be somewhat accepted.
"I'm Tonks, obviously. Still an Auror and Remus' wife."
Sirius just wanted to say simething when Remus told him: "I know, I know. I'm too old, too dangerous and too poor for her. But we fell in love and are happy."
"I didn't want to say that. But Remus, you are now part of the family. Congrats.", he grinned.
"I'm Edward Remus Lupin, but everyone calls me Teddy. I'm a former Hufflepuff and I play for the Wimbourne Wasps. My fiancée Victoire Weasley is with her parents and siblings.", the blue haired man said.
Sirius just grinned at Remus.Next the purple haired woman introduced herself: "I'm Hyacinth Andromeda Lupin. Former Ravenclaw and I'm being trained by Ollivander."
"I'm Aries Sirius Black, your son. Former Gryffindor. I'm an Auror and Hyacinth's boyfriend."Sirius grinned proudly at his son. Next to him sat Ron. "I'm Ron and run Weasley's Wizard Wheezes with George." "Hermione Granger-Weasley, I'm currently Minister of Magic and married to Ron."
Sirius smiled approvingly. "I'm sure you're a great minister.""I'm Rose Granger-Weasley, former Gryffindor. I'm starting as DADA teacher next year."
"I'm Hugo Granger-Weasley. I'm working at Weasley's Wizard Wheezes."Finally it was Cassias turn. "Cassia Macmillan. I own an arts and crafts shop near Diagon Alley."
Sirius' heart kind of crumbled. In some way he had hoped she hadn't found someone new, but he hated himself for it.
He was happy that she was and he didn't miss the necklace he had given her around her neck. She had kept her promise. The blond man next to her introduced himself next: "I'm Ernie Macmillan, former Hufflepuff. I'm head of the department of international magical cooperation. And I'm Cass' husband."
The last to introduce themselves were the two only teenagers.
"Ethan Ernest Macmillan, Hufflepuff prefect."
"Olivia Cassia Macmillan, Slytherin.""A Slytherin and a Hufflepuff? Unusual.", Sirius commented.
"Why? Because she's a Gryffindor? Our father is a Hufflepuff, but I don't see why that should make me like them. I still grew up with two idiodic brothers.", Olivia replied."Hey!", Aries and Ethan exclaimed.
The rest of the evening went normal. For everyone but Sirius.
He observed how everyone acted and was happy to see that everyone couldn't be happier.
Cassia and Ernie really loved and supported each other. Aries was a kind and caring man and Sirius was proud to be his father.
Ernie was a great father for the young Black.Around midnight Sirius returned to his time, finally at peace, knowing everyone he cared about was happy.
