Chapter 13

Shai grabbed one of the men and threw him against the wall. She blocked another man's attack then threw him to the ground
"You assholes think you can defeat me..." Shai said and punched another man to the ground. She started kicking them and punching them. Her eyes widen notcing one of the men were running away. She laughed and started chasing after him
"Damnit! Who the hell does that bitch think she is? Just wait till I beat the shit out of her! She'd be begging for-waaah!" The man exclaimed seeing Shai chasing after him in the alleys
"Why are you chasing after me?!" The man exclaimed
"Hahahaha!" Shai laughed as she was about to catch up to him
"Boss! What's going on?" A man asked
"Round up the men! Now!" The man shouted and ran inside the building. Shai stopped by the entrance breathing heavily and looked down. At the entrance there were a bunch of men with weapons
"Hahaha! What's wrong? Scared?" The man asked as he held the knife. Shai only sighed and smiled insanely
"Do you know who you're messing with?" Shai asked
"Eh?" The man asked. Shai's eyes glowed and laughed
"No one...is going to push me to the ground" Shai said as she laughed and entered inside the building filling it up with screams and cries. The main boss was in his office feeling calm and pulled out a cigarette

The man's thoughts were interrupted by the door breaking down and Shai panted heavily. The man panicked and stood up
"H-how!?" The man exclaimed
"Hahahaha..you asshole" Shai laughed and stepped inside his office. Each step she took ice came out. The man began to shiver and trembled as his feet were frozen in place. The ice started expanding covering his body
"Wh-what the hell do you want from me!?" The man exclaimed
"Hahaha! Nothing! This is just entertaining! See you bastards cry in pain hahahaha!" Shai laughed and placed her hand in front of his face
"Goodbye" Shai said and killed him. She looked around his office and opened the drawer looking for anything valuable. She spotted a bag filled with drugs and rolled her eyes. Suddenly she found a box with a lock on it then froze the lock breaking it. She opened the box and found money

Shai took the money and started walking out of the office. She laughed softly and started counting all the money. She headed out of the building passing by the dead bodies. She got out and headed out on the streets but stopped hearing someone crying. She followed the cry and her eyes widen seeing a homeless person
Wait...that girl...looks like the other girl from back then
Shai walked up to the woman and stood in front of her
"Ex-excuse me...are you okay?" Shai asked. The woman's eyes widen and looked down trembling
"Here...you can take this" Shai said handing her the money. The woman's eyes widen and teared up
"After treating you like that...you're still helping me?" The woman asked
"Wh-what?" Shai asked
"You don't remember...do you? Since I look like a mess..." The woman said
"Huh? What do you mean?" Shai asked
"It's me...Riana..." Riana said. Shai's eyes widen and stepped back
"R-riana? Wait! It's you?!" Shai exclaimed
"Heh...yeah. It's me..." Riana said and stood up. Shai only looked at her and trembled
Wh-what happened to Riana? She...she is a mess. So...is that why she left?
"Wh-what are you doing out here?" Shai asked
"What do you think idiot? I'm just suffering after my parents were killed..." Riana said
"Y-your parents...got killed?" Shai asked
"Yes...happy?" Riana asked. Shai only stayed silent and looked down
"W-well...uhm..." Shai mumbled
"You can laugh all you want...just beat me up..." Riana said as she looked down. Shai only looked down and stared at the money in her hand
Should I help her? I-I should...
"Here. Take it" Shai said handing her the money. Riana looked up at Shai and nodded
"Thank you..." Riana said
"You're welcome..." Shai said and walked away. Riana watched her leave and chuckled softly
Has she really not changed?
Shai only looked down and trembled
"Why the hell did you help her out?" She asked
"B-because she needed help..." Shai said
"After everything she'd done to you...this is how you treat her?" She asked
"W-well because she...she needs help" Shai said and gasped as the shadow covered her eyes
"You still haven't learned nothing..." She whispered. Shai trembled and soon she gasped seeing her younger side
"You shouldn't help her...no one helped us remember..." Little Shai said. Shai only trembled and looked down
"We promised that we'd kill her one day..." Little Shai said and teared up
"All those beatings from her...it's something we can't forgive her for...we shouldn't fucking forgive her..." Little Shai said and smiled insanely. Shai only looked at the little Shai as it walked up to her. Little Shai looked up at her and laughed
"We have to kill her" Little Shai whispered. Shai's eyes widen and trembled as her younger side vanished and the shadow appeared in front of her
"Hehehe...you promised" She said. Shai trembled and teared up
"You made a deal Shai. Remember? You have your beloved Himeko back...now payback" She said as she reached her hand out to Shai. Shai only looked down and slowly reached up to her hand
"Deal..." Shai mumbled. The shadow only smiled and entered inside Shai's body. Shai trembled and looked around then smiled
"Hahahahaha...time for some fun" Shai laughed softly as her eyes glowed
