Tamed Rogue (Neko! Ciel x Sebastian)

The two continued into the manor.

Smexy bast-..I mean Sebastian's Pov*

"Let's start here. What is your name?"

"Ciel.." The boy answered. What a lovely name to match him.

"Alright Ciel. Is there anything wrong with that eye?" I asked gesturing to the eye he kept closed. The boy said nothing in return and kept quiet.

"Ciel?"

He mumbled something I couldn't quite hear.

"What was that?"

"It's fine. There's nothing wrong with it."

"Do you think you can open it."

"No."

"If it's fine there should be no problem with letting me see. Does it hurt."

"No...."

I sighed. I suppose this is as far as we're getting today.

"What would you like to eat?"

*Ciel's POV*

That was the best food I've ever had!
I may have eaten too much though. My stomach huuurts. But...

I have no regrets.

I looked over to the man who was supposedly my new owner. He doesn't seem too bad. But, then again, with humans you never know. They'll be nice and and welcoming at first, then the next second they'll be torturing you until you can't take it anymore. Without noticing, my expression changed to sad and gloomy. I got up from my seat, plastering a fake smile on my face. Not too big but enough to cover up my problems.

Honestly, I find it scary. It's scary what a smile can hide. It's scary that the happiest people can be the most broken. It's scary how no matter how much you want to cry out for help, all you can manage is an 'im fine' even though your not, but, hey. If they cared enough, they'd see through it.

Maybe that's my problem. I distance myself from people before they can get to close. It's what I've learned to do. Chain my heart shut before people have the chance to walk all over it.

And..

In all honesty..

I don't care anymore.

I've been through it enough for it not to bother me. Death is not something I fear anymore. If anything, I welcome it, like an old friend.

"Do you know where the bathroom is?"

The man smiled

"Sure. It's down the hallway. Second door on the right."

I nodded, making my way to the bathroom.

I just wish all this pain could end...
