Yeri and Jungkook were once a happy couple before they broke up. This led to Yeri moving city and school because she couldn't hold the pain in her heart.

The gymnasium had only two courts, one are for the boys and the other are for the girls. They also had different training schedules as two courts couldn't fit all the schools.
As everyone gather to their designated court, Yeri was running a bit late because she was 'changing' in her changing room. She apologized when she arrived at the court.
"What took you so long? What happened?" Joohyun unnie whisper to Yeri because Yeri was never late to a class, especially volleyball training. So she thought something happened to Yeri. Yeri just shook her head, telling her unnie that everything was fine.
"Okay! Listen everyone! Today we will be doing drills and if we have time in the end, we may play a game." The coach shouted at us.
After training ~
Yeri was sitting on bench as she wipe off all of sweat with the small towel. After two hours of training, she was so exhausted she could just sleep on the bench right now but she tried her best to not.
She got up the bench and immediately felt the soreness in her legs. Yeri hold in the pain as every step she took hurt more and more. But thanks to the school, they provided us dorms to stay in which meant Yeri wouldn't have to travel far.
As she was walking towards her dorm, she felt a presence following her. Yeri got goosebumps as the atmosphere got creepier since the sun was disappearing. She walked faster but the stranger also picked up their pace. At this point, the ombre hair girl was freaking out and started to run.
But the stranger grip onto her wrist before she could run away. She look back at the stranger but froze as her eyes land on the stranger's.
'Jeon Jungkook' The name entered her thoughts as she stare at the masculine male.
"Oh sorry, I thought you were Jin An. Sorry" He bowed to Yeri before turning around. Yeri was confuse, how did Jungkook get her and Jin An confuse when they both had different hair. Also, why was he nice to her, he always spoke coldly to her.
"Hey! Why are so kind now?" Yeri asked him, making him stop and turn around.
"Why wouldn't I be kind? I am a human being? I don't want to be rude to a stranger. By the way, I'm Jeon Jungkook but you could call me Jungkook" This was the polite tone that Yeri fell in love with.
"I just - uhmm nothing" Yeri was confuse at Jungkook change, maybe he did change, after all Yeri has been away for five years. The ombre hair girl is in the bubble of thoughts before Jungkook broke it. "You know, you still haven't tell me your name yet"
"Oh sorry, Uhm K-Kim Yerim but you could call me Y-Yeri" She was flustered at Jungkook's question. Did he not know who Yeri was?
"Yeri, nice name. We should be friends?" Jungkook asked in a question tone, not wanting the question to be forced which could make her nervousness. But Yeri is nervous, should she be friends with her ex again?
"Uhmm sure I gues-" Before Yeri could finish, he was cut off by a panicking Jungkook. "Oh I'm so sorry, I'm in a hurry and thank you for being my friend!" He rush off while still sending a smile at Yeri and turns left, disappearing from Yeri's sight.
"How cute, wait no you need to stop" Yeri internally slap herself for complimenting the male. She turns around and walk towards her dorm. What she didn't know was that there was someone standing, around the corner.
