Some of these may make symptoms worse, most should make symptoms better. It's a toss up sometimes bc the human brain is weird. Don't come at me if y'all's things don't work, there's gonna be a whole book of things to do when you get really anxious. So like if you're in an anxious situation or feel an anxiety attack coming along, these may help.
