Distract yourself for a while with stuff like
• drawing
• writing
• painting
• watching a movie
• watching tv
• exercising
Anything that'll take your mind off of what you're stressing over so you can come back to it with fresh eyes later. Make sure you don't use it all the time though, using it to ignore things like school, work, or chores turns it into an unhealthy coping mechanism.
