• walk! go walk around the block or something!
• work out at home if you want
• call your friends or preferably face time them if you're really lonely. even if it's just having them there that can help
• play an instrument! sing! music stuff!
• bake!! if you have the ingredients baking can be a great way to get your mind off of things, plus, you have food to eat.
• don't watch the news when you're stressed out!! don't do it!! it's bad for your mental health!!
• having said that watching the news when you are not stressed is very important and can help you prepare so you aren't stressed in the future
• wash your bloody hands good lord
• don't panic buy?? please don't panic buy
• if you're like me and you can't meet with a doctor or therapist rn because of miss corona then try text or phone sessions to keep up with the therapy
• if y'all don't have school work? enjoy it!! if you have school work? space it out! you can work on your own schedule!
• learn something new like a language or skill
• read! this app is great for that and reading can help take you away to another world
• do some corona cleaning, do that laundry, change those sheets, organize those clothes, you can do it!!
• don't forget your meds!! if you're used to a schedule that's not interrupted, set alarms so you know when!
• eat enough food! hunger makes you more irritable and prone to stress
• memorize a poem or monologue you like, try a longer one, try a scene, try a book of poems, try an entire act, see how far you can get
• chill! hang out! let yourself just exist on the couch, no need other than just existing
