After saying goodbye to your new friends, you head over to the entrance to the training field for the entrance exam. As you enter the huge stadium, you examine the outfit you changed into.
The shirt is a navy tee, paired with a sky blue jacket. Your pants are loose with a cinch of elastic around the ankles, your hair pulled into a high ponytail. The speakers far above your head crackle as you hear Pro Hero: Present Mic's voice boom over the stadium. He explains the rules of the entrance exam, saying that you receive hero points as well as rescue points. Level 3, 2, and 1 robots being worth certain amounts of points, but the Level 0 robot, being a huge obstacle, is worth absolutely nothing.
"The UA High Entrance Exam begins- NOW! What's the matter?There's no countdown in a real battle! RUN!!" Present Mic yells over the loudspeaker.
Suddenly, explosions, crashing and power-ups are heard as the robots appear all across the map. Somebody near you screams. Hearing the distress call, you instinctively turn around, searching for the source of the noise. Rounding the corner of a building, you find it as a Level 1 robot destroys a nearby shop. You race towards it, activating your quirk. The building collapsed as debris flew everywhere. A blue-haired girl gets pinned down by a flying billboard from the wreckage. Glancing over at her, you can't help but make a bee-line towards her. You burn a hole through the middle of the metal board, speeding up as you hear the girl gasping in pain underneath it.
As you finish creating the hole, you examine her wounds. 'Broke her right arm and maybe.. 3 ribs,' you note. You pull her out by her left arm and hoist her into the princess carry, running towards a nearby alleyway that seemed safe for the time being.
"I'll be right back," you assure her. You hear a groggy 'thank you' as she passes out.
You race back at the robot, determined to take it down. Sliding your right foot in front of you, you shift your weight onto it as you slide through the robot's legs. Leaping off of the ground, you fling yourself onto the robot's back, landing nimbly on your toes. Immediately, you blast flames from your hands, burning a ginormous hole through the robot's middle and inner wiring, completely shutting it down.
Turning back to the direction you came from, you see a looming figure about 30 meters in front of you. Multiple explosions are going off, projecting a person away from the humongous threat, and towards a large concentration of other (smaller) robots. You quicken your pace and sprint into no-man's land, searching the streets for anyone else who might be hurt.
On your left, there were 2 trapped under boulders. Flinging an angled cutter-shaped fireball near each of the boulders causes the air temperature around them to raise rapidly, causing the rocks to crack down the middle from the intense friction as they fly off their victims.
As you reach the base of the gigantic robot, you take out more and more robots. Near a pile of fallen iron beams, you see the girl with pink cheeks laying on the ground, staring up in horror at the 20 meter tall robot looming over her, ready to destroy everything thing in its path.
Immediately, you think about what she said about falling being a bad omen, your heart throbbing.
You scream as you race towards her, ready to protect her from the robot's flailing arms. Instead, a green head pops up in front of the robot, rocketing off the ground.
'Midoriya Izuku!'
You stare at the boy as his arm courses with green electricity. He swings a punch straight into the robot's head, where all the controlling technology is. The blast shakes the area as the robot falls backwards from the impact, its head smashed, putting it out of commission. Everyone in the area starts cheering for Izuku as they come out of their hiding spots.
'Cowards,' you thought. 'Hiding until someone stronger deals with their problems for them, not wanting to risk getting hurt escaping either.'
Glancing back at the robot, you realize you can't see Izuku. Immediately your head tilts upwards as you see the boy come crashing back down to earth, his right arm purple and flailing uselessly behind him. Acting on instinct, you blow flames at the cement underneath you, propelling yourself into the air like a jetpack, flying towards Izuku. Landing softly back onto the ground, you race to make the two meters to catch the falling kid.
' Crap! Not enough!'
You make a dive, shoving yourself across the ground. Rolling over to better cushion him, you turn, feet-first as Izuku crashes onto your legs.
"Fu-Flipping Shi-ttaki mushrooms!" You yell out in pain. You instantly think how much more in pain Izuku is as you turn around and pull his body onto your lap.
"Midoriya! Are you okay?! (obviously not, sorry) Recovery Girl is coming soon, okay? Hang in there. DON'T you dare die on me."
Feeling a tap on your shoulder, you see standing by your side.
"Ah, Floaty, can you levitate him and take him with you to Recovery Girl? I need to go get another immobilized girl." You stand up shakily and start to run towards where you put the blue-haired girl.
"B-but , Y-your legs.." she stutters.
"IZUKU! " you shout back at her. "Stabilize his right arm and his torso, they're broken and bruised."
"R-right!"
You continue running even after hearing Present Mic announce that the test was over, meaning all robots were now shut down. Turning the corner you did before, you search for the teenager you saved before. Suddenly, your legs give out. You crash to the side, falling onto your right arm.
"Agh-h!!"
You cry out in pain, your body collapsing. Struggling to breathe, you right yourself, standing once more, limping in a speed walk towards the girl lying on the sidewalk 20 feet in front of you.
As you approach her, you grab her wrist and sling her left arm around your shoulder, cradling her broken ribs towards your flank. You carry the girl to the exit, breathing raggedly, shuddering in pain with every intake of air.
"You.. o- oka..." The girl on your back stirring into consciousness.
"I'm fine, but I'm taking you to Recovery Girl. "
"Your l-legs are sh-shaking," she muttered, falling back asleep.
'Crap... I don't know where Recovery Girl is. '
You eventually reach the exit, where Uraraka is waiting worriedly for you with the Pro Hero: Recovery Girl.
"Everyone else is inside! You've been missing for almost an hour!" As Uraraka runs towards you, you notice the bandages on her arms and hands.
You enter the exit to the stadium, shifting the girl on your back to the side, sliding her on your arms instead, bridal style. Recovery Girl has a team with a stretcher behind her. Reaching out, you manage to ask for the stretcher, and place the girl on top. Looking at Recovery Girl, you notice your vision blurring.
"Izuku is OK,right? Take care of her too.."
"Dear," Recovery Girl says to you, "I need to check you out too. You look to be in terrible shape."
"No- no... Them first.." You mutter, swaying slightly. You tried to follow the medical team out of the exit hallway, but immediately, as soon as you take a step, your legs give way and you crash to the ground.
Then the world turned black.
