The festival was rapidly approaching. Every one was training their own quirks in their own ways, pushing their own boundaries. You found that the easiest way for you to train was by yourself. In the quiet, crisp morning, you snuck out of the house at 4 am. Not that it was hard, since no one else is ever at home.

Training always starts with a light jog. After half as hour had elapsed, you found youself lying on the sandy beachside, chest heaving painfully up and down. Piles of junk and trash surrounded you. Old refrigerators, dryers, mattresses, even mangled cars that couldn't even be salvaged for scrap lay scattered along the beach. Sitting up, you realized that they actually weren't scattered at all. Each and every piece of junk was found piled on top of the next in 6 columns. Someone had done this on purpose. You wondered who could have the strength to move all of these without mechanical help. You soon found the answer.

 "Midoriya Izuku?"

The green-haired boy turns around, wiping sweat from his brow as he turns to look at you. His scarred and calloused hands wave at you as he greets you with a smile.

"H-Hey there, Kazume," he stutters. "What are .. What brings you here?"

Still a bit shocked, you respond to him slowly, but completely missing his question.

"Did you do all this..?" You ask in wonder. Your hands brush the side of the rusting car's inner fender as you approach him.

"Yeah, All Mi- I mean- Um... all my training has been moving this trash off the beach." He stumbled over his words trying to form correct sentences.

"Cool," is all you say. Suddenly, a crazy thought pops into your head. "Izuku!"

He jumps slightly at the sound of his own name. You run up to him and get in his face. He squirms backwards, obviously uncomfortable and confused as you grab his face and tell him to hold still. You pull his chin from side to side and look him in the eyes, inspecting every inch of his face.

"You seriously don't look anything like him though..." You mutter under your breath.

"Huh..?"

"Forget it. It's not important," you say as you let him go, but not before you hear a soft clicking sound. Still a bit on edge ever since USJ, you whip your head around only to find that you're staring at nothing. That is, nothing that you can see. A floating hat, dress, socks, and shoes are arranged in a female form, grasping a camera.

"Hagakure!" You call to her, waving to show her where you are to the side of the trash piles. She comes bounding over, skirt bouncing as she does down the slope.

"What are you guys doing back here? All alone and unsupervised~" she purrs at you.

"Haha," you say with no trace of valid amusement.

"What brings you here so early?" Izuku manages to ask.

"Oh! " Hagakure seems to light up. She holds up her camera and says "I came to see the sunrise." She points out over the water.

Sure enough, out of the calm waves, the sun peeks its nose out to the world. Soft rays of light stream across the beach, illuminating all three of you. Suddenly uncomfortable with this arrangement, you back up towards the road.

"Uh, well, I should get going. Training and all that, y'know," You start to rush off, not liking the atmosphere, when you hear Hagakure call back after you.

"Kazume chan~ Don't overdo it! Tomorrow is the sports festival, you know."

"Yeah, " you say, more to yourself than to her. "I know.."
