Kuruma's P.O.V

"Ahhh crab cakes!!!",  yelled Kurama. "I'm late , I'm so gonna get in trouble"!! Kurama jumped up so fast that he should've suffered from whiplash. He picked Naru up out of a bed of flowers and secured him back in his little carrier thingy.

"Alright Kit, we're going back now, but please don't tell mom we came here", Kurama frantically told Naru. "Oh yeah, that's right you can't even talk yet", said Kurama as little Naru seemingly laughed at him. And with that they were off again.

*Back At Home*

"Kuramaaaa"!!, yelled Kushina. "Where in the hell were you, you had me worried sick. And not only did you go into the woods, but you took Naru with you. Kyu, what in god's green earth willed you to do such a thing!!??" Asked Kushina.

"W-well  y-you s-s-see, you h-had told me t-to take care of Kit, s-s-s-so I took him with m-me",  cried Kurama.
"Awe, Kyu don't cry please. It's okay but next time don't go in the woods because you know how dangerous it is, I know you remember those stories", reassured/scolded Kushina.

Since that day Kurama never went back to the meadow. And over some time he actually forgot about it.

*Ten years Later*

Ten years. Ten long years have passed since Kurama stepped foot into the forest. He is now 15 and his Kit brother is now 10 years of age.

Today was little Naru's birthday And the beacon of something anew.

No Particular P.O.V

"......Happy Birthday to you, Happy Birthday to you, Happy Birthday to you!!", sang everyone as the now 10 years old Naruto blew out his candles.

Minato's P.O.V

My baby boy just turned 10. He is my pride and joy and most of all my twin. If anything Kurama looks more like Kushina while Naru looks like me.It's funny though because Kushina was so sure that Naru would wind up looking like her. So we made a bet of ramen. If he looked like her the ramen would be my treat to her and vise versa. These kids just grow up so fast. I swear just yesterday I was still changing Naru's diapers.

No Particular P.O.V

While Minato was deep in thought, he realised something. "Awe crap!" Suddenly exclaimed Minato. "What's wrong dear?" Questioned Kushina. "It's Naru's present." Said Minato. "I accidentally left it back at my office. I was so sure I brought it back with me though." Said Minato, who was getting angry at himself for forgetting such an important item.

"It's okay dad, we can just go back and get it tomorrow since its raining." Reassured the smiling Kit. "But it's very important to me Naru, and I wanted to give it to you on your special day. And plus I'm pack leader so a little rain won't hurt me." Said the ever so confident Minato.

Minato just didn't know how wrong he was.
