Chapter 11𑁍Rooftop

today daniel and i are going back to my place. daniel still doesn't want to leave me side after what happened. i'm laying on daniels chest waiting for him to wake up. i don't have the heart to wake him up, he just looks so cute.

after about 10 minutes of me staring at daniel and playing with his hair he finally starts to wake up. "good morning gorgeous." he says with his deep morning voice. ugh i can get used to hearing that in the morning. "good morning." i say with a smile still playing with his hair. "you ready to go back home?" he ask now pulling me back down onto his chest. "ya, i'm ready to finally have my pillow back." "hey." daniel says offended. "am i not a good enough pillow?" he asks honestly sounding hurt. "oh you're a good pillow..." i say drifting off. "but my pillows better." i say under my breath hoping daniel wouldn't hear me. "oh really." daniel says now flipping on top of me. "yep." i say popping the p. "are you sure?" he asks with a evil smirk on his face. "yep." i say once again but this time with a childish grin. "just remember, it's you that made me do what i'm about to do." i look up at him and furrow my eyebrows together, until i feel daniels hands go to my stomach tickling me. "dani- daniel stop." i yell out laughing and rolling around trying to get out of his grasp. "never." he says chuckling like a villain at the end. "dani i can't breathe." i say still trying to get out of his tight hold. "i'll only do it if you tell me i'm better than your pillow." daniel said stopping only momentarily but then going back. "well i don't wanna lie to you." i say laughing so hard i almost pee. "then i guess you don't want me to stop." daniel says as he finds the most ticklish spot on my body. "OK. ok. daniel is better than my pillow." i say still laughing as he got off of me. "thanks beautiful." he says pressing a kiss to my forehead. "cmon and get dressed, so we can go back to mine." i said getting up and walking away with daniels hoodie. he should know i'm gonna keep stealing them it's inevitable at this point. "Let's race again, bet I'll win." I said looking back at daniel. "Don't make bets you can't win, sweetheart." Daniel said with the most evil smirk on his face I've ever seen. "I don't like you anymore." I said with a huge pout on my face. "Oh, you know you love me." I can fell all the blood rush to my cheeks. "AWWWW, SHES EMBARRASSED!" Daniel says cheesing so hard his tooth gap is completely visible to me. "Shut up, and let's go." I say running out of the front door as fast as possible. "DONT MAKE BETS YOU CANT WIN, SWEETHEART." I yell running down the hall and taking a left. "HEY! THATS NOT FAIR." I laughed, but kept running. "YES, YES IT IS SEAVEY!" I yell making it to my apartment before he even reaches the end of the hall. "Who's the winner now." I say as Daniel finally catches up to me. "Oh be quite." He says and takes my keys out of my hand unlocking the door.

"NALA!" I yelled walking through the door. Its only been a couple days since I saw her, but it looks like she's already grown since the last time I saw her. i picked her up and pet her fur down smiling at her. "daniel your the best person ever." i said now looking over at him taking off his jacket and settling down on the couch. "and why is that." he smiles. "since the first night we met you've..... been so..... nice to me." i said now looking up from nala. "because that first day i saw you playing that guitar on the roof, i fell in love with your voice." daniel said now also turning to look at me. i smile at him and he does too, showing off his cute little gap and his dimples that get impossible bigger when he smiles. "our date is tonight." daniel says now coming closer to me. "oh... i forgot." i said looking down and seeing daniels feet right in front of mine. "don't worry about it, i'll be here at 8:00 to pick you up, dress casual, and it's a surprise." he says grabbing my chin and making me look up at him. "see ya later, beautiful." he says now placing his lips gently on mine. i let my lips follow his lead until he pulls back. "bye, love." he says now walking to the door. "bye dani." i say staying calm until he walked out the door. as soon as i see the door close behind him i run up the stairs as fast as i can tripping on a few steps. "WHAT TO WEAR, WHAT TO WEAR?" i scream out rummaging through my closet full of clothes. "WHATS ALL THIS SCREAMING ABOUT." my mom says as i realized she just arrived home from the hospital. she opens my bedroom door and sees all my clothes scattered all over the floor. she gives me look asking me what the hell is going on. "i have a date with daniel tonight, it's casual, but i have no clue what to wear." i say now throwing myself onto the bed. "do what he said hunny, just casual. wear a pair of ripped jeans and a shirt, let your hair down too hun." wow. my mom makes everything seem so easy. "OH MY GOODNESS MOM YOURE A LIFE SAVER." i say running to her giving her a big hug until she winces. "i just popped out two babies be carful." my mom said laughing pulling away from the hug. "you're the best ever but i have to go get ready now." i say now walking to my closet and picking out what my mom told me to wear. getting some light blue ripped jeans and a crop top with a cardigan to put over it.

i take a quick shower, just washing my hair, my body, and hopping out. i grab a towel to dry off my hair and my body. after i am finally almost dry i put on my clothes and decide to just let my hair do what it wants. since i'm not very big in makeup i just decide on putting on some mascara and calling that quits. "princess?" my dad says knocking on the door. "yes, dad." i say slipping in my diamond earrings my dad got me some years ago. "daniels here." as soon as i heard that come out of his mouth i got all jittery. "i'll be down in a second." i said now putting my other earring in.

i finally finish and make sure i look good before heading down stairs. when i finally make it i see my mom, dad, and daniel conversating in the living room. "oh, look here she is." as soon as that leaves my mothers mouth daniel looks up at me and smiles. "you look beautiful." he says taking my hand and walking near the door. "i'll have her back by 11:00 mr. and mrs. carter." daniel says from behind me before turning back and opening the door.

"so where are we going?" i ask as we're walking side by side to daniels car. "it's a surprise!" daniel says with a wide grin on his face.
