Today Saturday and Dayton and I are going dress shopping. My mom will drop us off at the mall and Dayton's mom will pick us up after. My mom and I got into her car.

CH: you ready honey?.....she asks me.
C: yes mom....i say buckling up.
She started the car and drove to Dayton's house. Dayton was already waiting on the porch. She came running and got into the car.
D: hey Char....Hey Ms. West.
CH: oh hey Dayton. How are you sweetie?
D: I am good Ms. West...she replies with a smile.
CH: so, you ready to go shopping?...she says excited.
C&D: yeah!!!...they exclaim.
CH: I really hope I can come with you but I have a hearing at the court house.
D: don't worry Ms. West, we will be fine.
C: yeah mom, don't worry...she adds.
We arrived at the mall. My mom said bye and left.
Dayton and I looked at a lot of dresses but finally liked the ones in Forever 21. We bought our dresses and went to the food court to eat because Dayton's mom will be here in 20 minutes and so we have time on our hands.
We went to McDonald's and bought snack wraps with sprite. Dayton got a call from her mom saying that she is waiting for us at the entrance. So, we went to meet her. She dropped me at my house and then went to theirs.
When I came home, the house was empty. My dad and mom are still at work. They are always super busy with all these alien and meta-human attacks happening all around the city. I know they have important jobs but sometimes I wish they spend time with me like a normal family. I bet none of my friend faces this kind of a problem.
I go up to my room and change into my unicorn pajamas. I turn on the TV and watch cartoon. I know I am a teenager now but I really love Tom and Jerry and I personally feel that you need not be a kid to watch that show. I watch it for an hour and then go to sleep.
Henry's POV
Today is a Saturday and I am bored. My parents have gone to work early in the morning. I have stopped asking them questions like why they have to work on weekends too because probably their job is important. I just hope that we get to spend some time together like a normal family does. I bet none of my friends face this kind of a problem.
I went for a walk near the park. When I was deep in thought, someone tapped on my shoulder. I turned to see Sheldon.
