He's A Pillock

"Do you want to train?" I asked Jade as I stepped away from Matt and Adam, who were attempting to punch each other's brains out, from the look of it.

"Sure." Jade answered, shrugging. She reached towards the belt she wore and pulled out two wooden daggers. We only plan to practice, at least for now.

I jogged over to Dad. "Hey, Dad, can I have my blade?"

Dad had brought a golf-club-bag along with him, and out of it he pulled my katana, and I took it. It's still sheathed, so it should be fine.

This place isn't just a gym and catch-up area. This is a dojo for werewolf assassins.  We don't do normal here!

Jade ran at me with her daggers, but I blocked her blow, using my sheathed sword as a quarterstaff, and shoved her backwards, sending her off-balance, then placed the edge of the sword at her throat. Jade sprang backwards, transforming into a wolf, then ran at me. I'm not that good with quarterstaffs and other spinning weapons, but I'm still alright. I shoved the staff at Jade's chest, and knocked her back for the second time. Yes. I have extreme knock back stats.

"Ah, fine. You win. For now!" Jade pointed an accusing finger at my chest, but I knew that she didn't really mean it. Jade's been my friend for several years now, we're on pretty good terms.

I walked to the tables to say hello to the adults.

"Hello." Nolan muttered. "Tell me, future Beta, what do you think of my son Bladeblaze?"

Nolan always uses the wolf-names, so he was talking about... Matt. Of course he was.

I SWEAR, DEAKO, IF YOU MAKE ME FALL IN LOVE WITH JAXXON OR MATT, I WILL TEAR YOUR THROAT OUT AND EAT IT!!

(1. I probably won't, and 2. You wouldn't dare - I'm the one who gave you life. But enough of the deep stuff. Let's get on with the story.)

"How honestly do you want me to answer, Alpha-Stormblaze?" I asked.

"As honestly as you think is necessary, Echofang," he said, giving me a gentle smile.

I immediately said, "he's a pillock." and utterly ruined the mood. I then added onto my very descriptive A+ argument by saying, "he's effectively every cliche Wattpad Alpha ever, he's feisty, punchy, he probably will be possessive and he's the reason why in so many stories the Beta has to be levelheaded to even out the macho stupidity."

There was a large CLUNK from behind me. I turned around and saw Matt face-down on the ground, but luckily Adam had caught his head before it finished its fall.

"You may have just thrown a powerful punch of rejection, there." Adam remarked.

"Like I was saying." I muttered. "Total pillock."

Adam carefully placed Matt on the ground, face-up. I was tempted to start shipping before I saw Adam pulling out a marker, a wicked smile on his face. Oh well. No ship, then. It could have been beautiful. It could have been... Adatt? Madam? Mattam? I don't even know.
