Anika POV
I am afraid!!I watched Shivaay and my son sobbing and i felt fear!
Shivaay and,Arnav are one of the strongest people I know,so them breaking down like this means something terrible must have happened to me!
A nurse walked in looking at the shivaay with confusion!
She followed his eyesight which by now was looking at me with hope ,fear in them
"Mrs Oberoi !"she shrieked running into my room," Oh My God!you are awake!"
She started her exam and looked at the machine beside me!
I kissed my sons forehead but I couldn't tear my eyes from the man standing by the door
The nurse called someone,talked very excitedly on the phone but I didn't hear anything cos of shivaay!
I had an overwhelming feeling of wanting to just take him in my arms and kiss that pain and worry from his eyes
"What the hell!" I thought to myself looking away from him but as before my eyes slowly made their way back to his beautiful blue,green ones!I was mesmerized!
Half and hour later a doctor walked in!made small talk with Shivaay who had still not enter is own room
I had begged him with my eyes to come closer but he simple stood there like he was somehow glued!
"Mrs Oberoi!its good to see you awake!" The doctor said to me
It was then I registered that the Nurse called me 'Mrs Oberoi' before and now the doctor is doing the same
"Why!?" I thought looking at the nurse,doctor and Shivaay in confusion
"I need to examine you!" The doctor said looking at my son who hasn't left my side
I shook him a little indicating to him it was OK to leave!
He shook his head held me closer!!
I looked around the room heartbroken to see my son this afraid of leaving my side
"It will take just 15 minutes!I promise Arnav!"The doctor said but he wouldn't move
That is when Shivaay moved,he slowly walked into my room and I was once again mesmerized!
He reached my side ,touched Arnav hair making Arnav face him," Come on son we will both stand just outside the door....your mama will be okay!"Shivaay said to my son who looked at him with so much love and devotion
"Promise!" Arnav asked his father,looking at him like he know whatever Shivaay said,whatever he promised will come true
I saw fear flicker in Shivaay eyes but it was immediately gone,making me wonder if it was my imagination!
With some difficulty I put my hand in Shivaay's to somehow give him strength at that moment
We gasped the moment our hands touched,tingle run up my arm...warming my heart!but in Shivaay's tear filled eyes I saw pain and sorrow!.
"What happened!what is wrong!" I wanted to say to him as I held his hand tighter......
I might not understand my emotions but I knew I can't see this man in pain!
"I..I promise!" Shivaay said to our son, pulling him to his chest and slowly walking away from me
The doctor excused himself to go speak to them again,maybe give a little reassurance
I felt cold and alone without both of them with me

"Omg you have such a beautiful family Mrs Oberoi!" The nurse said almost jumping with excitement
