The lightsaber duel

(Ezra POV)

I began to strike him,but he blocked it he swing his red blade near me I dodged it and I block his second red blade against my green blade one.

He use form II which was a lightsaber fight style and I did the same.

We use the form II, we didn't say nothing I can only hear the sound of the lightsabers.

Maul leap out towards me and attempt to strike me but I blocked it. Then I force pushed him away from me, he planted his feet on the ground to prevent from being hit at the wall or landed on the floor with his back.

" Impressive " he said " soon when I win you'll become my apprentice and when it's time you'll fight by my side, I'll  finally have revenge on my master...Darth Sidious " he explained.

I know why he wants revenge on his former master but I will not join him
" I hate to disappoint you "master" I will never join you and I found someone better to join in " I explained to the old zarabrak.

He look at me in anger and growled softly. He charged at me as I quickly use form VI and I blocked his strike.

Then we became few meters away from each other. Maul had his lightsaber in front of his face and I did the same, he begins to charged, I yell and did the same.

We began swinging, striking, and blocking our every attacks, I finally kicked his lightsaber out of his hand and I catched it before it reach the ground.

I saw Maul lying on the ground in defeat. He groaned from the kick I gave him, he saw me there then I pointed my lightsaber at him " I win " I said to him straightly.

He glared at me as I deactivated his lightsaber and handed over to him
" What are you going to do now? " I asked him " from now you haven't seen the last of me, you'll handle it to the Empire! " he shouted that last part as he shoved me and ran off, leaving the cave.

Now I go to the plan.
