Oh, Madiha...The curve of her lips, the curls of her blonde locks... Her soft eyes, lithe frame...The way she'd laugh, a shyness in her uplifting joy. A modest woman, with such a big heart, an immense amount of care in one person. Even through all her love and kindness, her dainty upkeep, she was not to be toyed with; She was self-assured, putting her foot down when needed. She would not allow herself or anyone else she loved be treated as a doormat, it wasn't just.

God, everything about her drove Katsumi crazy. Even through all the years, she was still head over heels for the woman she had met 20 years ago. Her little ways of showing romance, quick, gentle kisses, tight squeezes when she was excited... Everything about Madiha was perfection to her. Some days, she couldn't believe she stuck with her through all the years, all the turmoil.

They would seem like complete opposites to the unknowing eye. Madiha, a soft-spoken, gentle and kindred woman, graceful and elegant. Compared to Katsumi, a more rugged, outspoken and firm woman, blunt and strong. Yet, they complimented each other well, having a surprising bit in common as well. Madiha could calm Katsumi down in her more aggravated moments, Katsumi stepping up as a shield for Madiha's more sensitive moments. Not to mention they both were rather straightforward when it came down to it, confident and assertive when need be.

Though, what stuck them together most was their immense care for each other. They showed it in different ways, they always have. Though Madiha more straightforward, Katsumi a bit more indirect, their particular ways charmed each other to no end. Though Katsumi preferred to show love in private, Madiha would sometimes go for public displays of affection. Katsumi kept cool about it, hiding her excitement when she delivered swift pecks in public, a cozy hand hold or the like.

At the end of the day, she adored Madiha to no end, her wife feeling the same for her. Though, as confident as Katsumi was, occasionally she wondered: Why? Why would such a perfect and kindred woman stick with her? She knows how she can be impulsive when she's angry, but she soothes her, time and time again. Madiha stood by her side despite it all, and it overwhelmed Katsumi more than she would show.

Madiha stood there by the vanity, Katsumi lost in an affectionate gaze. She flashed her a smile as she smoothed out her dress, Katsumi snapping out of it. The taller woman flustered, hand on her cheek as she kept herself propped up on the bed. She looked up at the gentle force who gazed

at her with a certain adoration in her eyes.

"Sorry, babe, I just..." She eyed her, a little smile on her face. "I really love you, you know?"

"Oh, Kat...." She waltzed over to the edge of the bed, cupping Katsumi's face as she kissed her. Her eyebrows shot up, returning for a longer kiss, face heavily reddened as Madiha giggled affectionately.

That was just one of the many things she loved about Katsumi. She'd never admit it, but she would fluster easily when it came to love. She's gotten better at hiding it over the years, keeping a cool look, but sometimes she'd crack a smile. The way her eyes lightened as Madiha made contact with her, it was the little things she loved.

Madiha had always had the ability to make Katsumi go soft. It always brought joy to her heart, her wives quiet affections. If she was really in a loving mood, she'd sneak in a little kiss, wrap an arm around her, squeeze her hands, all so subtly in public. Never once the shy type, but when it came to love, she was gushier than she was willing to admit.

Her confidence was something Madiha always adored. She appeared very extroverted, she was rather a loud woman, but Madiha always found this alluring and fun. Katsumi could be rather blunt, but she was always looking out for everyone overall, especially Madiha. She felt like the luckiest woman alive to have such a wife; So strong, loyal and protective, yet so secretly soft and sweet.
