Chapter 10

They step where I see them, and whatever I thought a-4 b-4 c-4 and d-4 would look like, I didn't think they'd be all guys.

The one at the front had cold eyes and stood as if ready to fight.

The one on his left had his hair up in a ponytail and a huge grin on his face.

To the firsts right was a small and young looking boy with a small smile and messy hair.

And further to the back is a very tall guy with long nearly parted hair and bright green eyes and glasses balanced on his nose.

They introduced themselves in that order.

"A-4"

"D-4 mate."

"C-4!"

".....B-4.."

"Hello..."

"Who could've thought that a GIRL could be one of us?" Exclaims C-4 excitedly, his silver hair bouncing.

"I was thinking the same..." I reply and he laughs.

"Pretty" says D-4.

"Thanks...?"

We stay silent a while.

"So why did you kill my assistant and servant exactly?" I demand.

"Ah right..." Says D-4

"It wasn't me!" Yells C-4.

"'Course it was you dimwit" says A-4. "We all did"

"So why?" I ask again.

"Simply because they are scum." Says B-4.

I raise my eyebrows.

"What?"

"That's not a good enough reason"

"They give you 'lemonade' though" pipes up C-4.

"And?"

"It has a chemical property that makes you have short term memory loss. And you don't hate them why?" A-4 half grunts.

"Because they are the only people I trusted."

"You can trust us m'kay?" D-4 says confidently.

"Yeah. Those who kill who I trust are trustworthy. Love your logic."

"Well we're getting out of here. Haven't you ever wanted to see the world?" Says C-4.

See the world...huh..I never really thought of that...

"'Cause this place doesn't have windows" sighs D-4 in annoyance.

C-4 offers his hand.

"Come on. You only have this chance to escape this place you call home."

I feel my lips go into a tight line as I take his hand.
