Hello new students! I hope you have settled in well and are ready to begin your first writing challenge! So, what will you have to write about first, you may be asking? Well, read on, and you will find out...

Challenge: Your challenge is to write a short story (no more than 1000 words) about a friend for either Olaf or Dobby. It could be a friend Dobby/Olaf had in the past, a lost love, a deceased family member, or someone that they meet for the first time. It's completely up to you! Try and be as creative as you possibly can. The story can be set whenever and can be left at a cliffhanger.

Rule book:

1)The story must be in one part

2)If you are writing about Olaf, the friend MUST be a snowman, likewise, if you are writing about Dobby, the friend MUST be a house elf.

3)Must be no more than 1000 words
