Getting Ready For The Dance

Y/n POV

Me, Iro, Naomi, and Kaleb walked into the ballroom where team RWBY was setting up for the dance that's happening soon. As we walked we saw that Sun and Neptune were also there talking to them

Sun: "Oh it's you guys, sup!" he said waving his hand

Y/n: "What are you guys talking about right now?" I asked them as we walked up to them

Weiss: "We were just talking about what we're going to wear for the dance. What are you thinking of wearing Y/n?" She asked getting closer as I just rubbed the back of my head

Y/n: "Well... uhhh I might've forgotten to get a suit...." I said looking down but quickly looking back up "But! I'm not the only one! They forgot too!" I yelled pointing to Iro, Naomi, and Kaleb

Kaleb: "I didn't plan on going" he said looking back at me shrugging

Iro: "Ignore him he'll be going" Iro said as he got in front of Kaleb

Sun: "That reminds me is Blake still being, y'know... Blake-y?"

Weiss: "Obviously" Weiss turned crossing her arms

Ruby: "I still can't think of a way to change her mind"

Yang: "Guys trust me; Blake will be at the dance tomorrow" she said as she started to walk out

Naomi: "Yang, before you leave, are you planning to go to the dance with someone?" She asked Yang

Yang: "Yeah, I would like to go with someone" She answered

Naomi: "What about you Iro?" She then asked

Iro: "Well Yeah I would like to go to the dance with someone" he answered rubbing his head

Naomi: "Great! Iro, Yang enjoy your date to the dance tomorrow!" She said in a loud and proud tone which Iro grew a slight blush and Yang smirked a bit

Yang: "Alright I look forward to it, I'm going to go check on Blake now. Better where something good tomorrow Iro" she said looking at him as she walks away, Iro stood there with a blush on his face from what Yang said

Iro: "Naomi...." he said as his expression changed as he was look down

Naomi: "Y-yes?" She said starting to back up

Iro: "You said your parents own a clothing store right?" He said looking back up with now serious expression

Naomi: "Yeah.... they do" she answered

Iro: "Great! Let's go there!" He yelled

Naomi: "Oh I thought you were mad about that thing with Yang" she said with a sigh of relief

Iro: "Nope I'm thankful for that" he said smiling at her "I'll help you with that guy" he said smiling "I'm also sure Y/n will help out as well after all you are our teammate. Right Y/n?" He said

Y/n: "Oh yeah I can try helping with that" I said looking at Naomi who's face was now red

Weiss: "Who's the guy?" She whispered to me

Y/n: "Isn't it obvious? It's Kaleb" I whispered back to her

Weiss: "That makes sense actually" she whispered again

Naomi: "Y/n we're leaving to get the clothes for the dance that we forgot"

Weiss: "You better get going I'll be looking forward to see what you chose to wear"

Time skip to city in Vale

Naomi: "We're close to the shop" she said as we were walking

Kaleb: "And why do I have to go exactly?" He asked
