A/N I'm listening to Hamilton music at full blast while writing this, just letting you know.
*Sally's Apartment, after the war (They're engaged!)*
"Hey Seaweed Brain." Annabeth said, sliding on to the couch beside him. They were at Sally and Paul's for dinner, and Percy had told Annabeth he had a surprise for her. Percy's little sis Estelle was playing with a doll on the floor in front of them. "Hey Wisegirl!" Percy said, grinning. Then he kissed her. Just then Sally walked by and said "No making out in front of Estelle, you two!" Percy blushed, but Annabeth got up to ask Sally if she needed any help in the kitchen.
While she was helping his Mom, Percy sat down beside Estelle. "Stelle, I gotta tell you a secret." Estelle looked up at him, curiously. "What, Pwercy?" He grinned. "I got Annabeth and I a puppy!" Estelle's eyes lit up. "PUPPY!! PUPPY!!" Percy laughed. "Shhh! Puppy's a secret, 'kay?" Estelle frowned. "'Kay." She said. Then she jumped up, and ran off. Percy smiled, and went into the kitchen. Sally smiled. "I made blue cookies!" She said."Yes!" Percy said. Annabeth smirked. "That was exactly how Estelle responded." Sally said. "Speaking of Estelle , where is the kid?" Annabeth. "She's around here somewhere." Paul said, kissing Sally. "No kissing in front of the kids!" Percy said, covering his eyes. Sally smirked. "Why don't yo two go find Estelle??" She said. Percy rolled his eyes. "I can take a hint. C'mon Wisegirl."
They both left the kitchen, and found Estelle in the living room, holding a golden retriever puppy. "PUPPY!!" She squealed. "Stelle!" Percy groaned. Annabeth raised an eyebrow at Percy. "Surprise!" He said, doing jazz hands. She kissed him on the cheek. "Icky!" Estelle said, blowing a raspberry at them. "She'd be a good Hunter of Artemis." Annabeth said, laughing. "Nope! My little sis isn't joining the Hunters anytime soon. Or ever!" He said. Sally and Paul walked into the room. "Per-" Sally started, but stopped. She was quite for a second, then continued. "Percy, there's blue cookies in the kitchen." Estelle toddled over to Sally, and hugged her legs. "Pwuppy, Mommy!" Sally smiled. "Yes, sweetie."
Later that night, they sat around eating blue cookies, and thinking up dog names. I love this family. Annabeth thought.
