Jugheads pov It was the end of the day at NYU and I was planning something special for tonight
It was our anniversary and I was going to propose
It's time we're both ready and we have a lot going for us right now
I walk in to our house and thank God Betty has After School Committee
I put roses on the bed and I got out the ring

I keep the box in my pocket and I dim the lights and get ready for her to get home
1 hour later
Betty's pov I walked through the lobby of the apartment complex and I was anxious to get back because jug had texted me to hurry that he had a surprise
I walked up to our floor and opened the door
I don't see jug but I see roses on the bed and the lights are dim
"Jug?"
I walk over to the bed and set my stuff down
I feel a tap on my shoulders
I turn around to see him on one knee
I instantly tear up
I shake my head in disbelief
"Betty Cooper, you are the best thing that has ever happened to me. On this very day one year ago I was a loner as some people might say a wierdo...you made me feel special and excepted me for who I was. And now I'm your wierdo" i saw tears fill his eyes
Wow he never Crys
"And I want you to know that I will forever make you feel special and lived and no matter what I'll never ever leave you, so with that being said, Betty Cooper, will you marry me?"
"YES YES A THOUSAND TIMES YES!!!!" I jumped in his arms as tears fled my eyes
I pulled apart and layed a long lingering kiss on his lips
9 months later
Betty's pov I pushed in the hospital room on the bed as I was in labor with mine and jugs baby
I heard crying and I opened my eyes and they fell on the most beautiful baby boy I've ever seen
The nurse washed him and layed him in a blanket then gave him to me
"He's definitely a Luca" i said looking at my now husband
"Definitely" jug smiled
"And he's ours" jug leaned forward and we connected our foreheads
I held Luca in my arms and enjoyed my life because this...this is what life is about
Those special moments are what we live for
I just can't believe that I have a baby boy now and I'm married to my childhood best friend and crush all because of a truth with my best friend.
