Pool Party

Jughead's pov
We got off my bike and at the gates of Thornhill, "bend down I want a piggy back ride!" Betty said in a childish but cute way

I bent down for her to get on my back and she wrapped her legs around my lower waist, she wrapped her arms around my neck folding them but it didn't hurt me

We walk into Thornhill and I run to the back where everyone is we walk in laughing, and everyone saying "awwee their literal goals"

But mostly on top of everyone, we all heard, Kevin "OMG! BUGHEAD IS FUCKIN REAL?! IM DEAD!!!!!!"

I walk over to Cheryl and Veronica and Veronica said, "wow I think you broke Kev", she said sipping her cocktail

"Yeah he's actually broken" Cheryl said laughing

I could hear Betty's loud and subtle laughs which made my stomach fill with butterflies

She makes me so happy

I let her down and I take my shirt off, Betty staring at my chest Veronica says, "woah uh b? You ok"

"Huh? Yeah I'm fine" she says snapping out of her 'stage'

I run over to the pool and I go on the diving board as I scream, "CANONBALL!"

Water goes everywhere from me jumping in

Betty runs from the side and jumps in, I catch her and I throw her we start splashing each other

"Let's play chicken!" Archie says

Me and Betty look at each other and smile

"Team up!" Cheryl says

We all get on each other's shoulders, Betty on mine, Toni on Cheryl's, fangs on Kevin's, Veronica on Archie's (for them being the lightest)

Betty versus Veronica and Toni versus Fangs

We all start laughing as we push each other

Veronica falls off as me and Betty winning she pushes off Toni then we all start just play fighting and splashing each other soon everyone was laughing and just having fun

Betty's pov
Soon after chicken, V and Archie got out of the pool and just started making out, Cheryl and Toni were no where to be found and fangs and Kevin we're in the pool playing like your supposed to do at a pool party

Jughead was in the corner under the diving board and I swam up to him and splashed him making him laugh and me smirk

I wrapped my arms around his neck his arms on my waist and he leaned in, I connected our lips and we passionately kissed

I backed away making him lowly wine for only me to hear

I looked over my shoulder and saw Kevin's jaw basically on the floor, I laughed as he was of course the captain of the bughead ship

I looked back over to jug but I didn't see him I smiled and then I felt something tickley leg from under the water, then it picked me up and threw me which made me squel with a big smile

He laughed and Kevin was practically crying in his words it was because of how much of 'goals' we were

Time skip-----*5:30 pm*

Everyone was heading inside as it was getting kinda dark, I walked out of the pool with jugs hand in mine we walked inside (that rhymed! LoL)

I walked in the bathroom with jug and I slipped on the hoodie he brought for me, I stood in the bathroom looking at jug as he said "damn I can't get mad that you look better in my clothes than I do, but, damn!"

"Thanks juggie"

He kissed my cheek before we walked back out to the living room

V, arch, Toni, and Cheryl were on one couch

Kev on a chair with fangs on his lap

Me and juggie got the last couch

He sat down as did I, I sat close to him and lent my head on his shoulder him rubbing my head

Kevin literally broken and v saying, "Archie, why can't we be goals like them?"

"Ronni we aren't them, get over it" Archie said

Me and jug just started laughing

He started to rub my leg as I curled up next to him, I turned around to grab the fuzzy blanket that was on the back of the couch and I draped it over my legs and part of jugs

Time skip------ 7:30 pm (everyone left)

Jugheads pov
"Jughead, me and Toni are going upstairs, you have to leave before 10:00" Cheryl said as she walked upstairs with Toni's hand in hers

I don't even wanna know what they are gonna do

I look down at Betty and see her sleeping, I turn to my side and grab the remote to turn on the TV, I put on Impractical Jokers

I look back at Betty and just admire her beauty when she sleeps, then I see a smile creep up on her face as she says, "I know your staring"

She opens her eyes and rubs out the tiredness, "can we go now?" She asks

"Sure, do you want me to drop you off?"

"I'll stay with you tonight and I'll go tomorrow morning, is that good?"

"Whatever you want"

She sits up and rubs her eyes one last time, I stand up and stretch before I grabbed our clothes and shoes

She stood up and walked over to the door to walk outside "I'll be right out" I say

She nods before walking outside to my bike

I get our bags and walk outside to see Betty leaning on my bike "hurry up I'm so tired jug!" She whined

I walk over and get on my bike, she does the same and she wraps her arms around my waist, she leans her head on my back as I strike up the street to my house
