I walk in my apartment in NY from a long day from work as I take off my shoes and coat, placing my keys on the table as I change and get comfy for the night. I then go to the living room as I plop myself on the couch turning on the TV as I take my phone and open Instagram, looking and scrolling through my feed. After liking posts and catching up with the world, I get up and place my phone on the coffee table in front of me as I get up and go to the kitchen to grab something to eat. As I look for something to eat, and by the time I actually prepare my food, I hear a *ding* from my phone. I ignore it, and coninue to do what I'm doing when I hear another *ding* followed by two more. I get eager and wonder what the *dings* were. I quickly leave the kitchen and go to the living room and grab my phone, opening it and seeing 4 notifications. 3 text messages from my good friend Lisa, and one that caught my attention that made my heart skipped. I looked at it and read it.
"@menamassoud: made a post. "
I smiled and opened my phone to see the post Mena posted as I see a picture of Mena smiling while holding a pin with Aladdin on it. The caption read.
"I've never been on a pin before! Well would you look at that! He's not bad for a handsome fellow, if I do say so myself."
I smiled and chuckled as I liked the post and commented.
"I gotta admit he's really handsome. Is he taken?"
I shook my head maybe I shouldn't have commented that. I quickly gasped as I realized that I also had that pin that I had bought when they announced Aladdin merchandise coming out for the new film. I then added another comment.
"Oh geez I just realized that I also have that same pin! Look at that! Matching!"
I sighed as I locked my phone and set it down, going back into the kitchen to finish off my food. I really hope Mena sees my comment and replies. He's been noticing me for a while now. I always comment on his pictures and he'll likely reply. I just hope he notices me again. He's my favorite and I love him. Shoot, I may even have a crush on him. I shake the thought out of my head as I go back to the living room and sit down when I hear a *ding*. I sit up and look at my phone as I see
"@menamassoud: mentioned you in their post."
I gasp as I smiled and quickly opened my phone when I got another *ding*. This time it was
"@menamassoud: replied to your comment."
My heart beated ten times faster as I read his replies.
"@deelovesmena: He is not taken! He's a single pringle!"
"Omg twinss! Hey girl hey!"
I laughed and liked his replies. Gosh I love him. I was about to reply when all of a sudden I get a *ding*
"@menamassoud: sent you a message."
My eyes widened and I dropped my phone. Did I? Did I read that correctly? I picked up my phone again and saw the notification. I squealed and almost began to cry. He sent me a message!? I click on the notification and opened his message.
"Hey there! Hope your day is going great! Thank you so much for your support in me. I love reading your comments. It makes my day. :) "
I start freaking out as I began to type randomly, not realizing what I wanted to say. "Okay okay Diane." I said out loud. I took a deep breathe in. "Calm down. He's just another regular guy." I said as I began to reply to him.
