Your Perspective:

For once coming home from work, i had a smile across my face. having got off early from work, i knew that alex wouldn't be home yet, meaning i could play with the boys for a bit. they genuinely made me smile. i'd gotten pretty close to all of them, but especially cameron, or fitz. he was seriously my best friend, and of course the others were too.

i took my time walking home, because it was a beautiful afternoon in australia, ( a/n: y'all i'm really big dumb and put new zealand here first someone come get me)and i really wanted to enjoy it while it was here. but as i approached my home, i noticed alex's car in the drive away. it was a bit odd, but honestly i didn't care because i was too upset. i was hoping i'd have time to play some csgo or fortnite with them. i missed them.

i just walked up the door unlocked it, and walked inside. but i instantly stopped in my tracks. i heard... moaning? from whom though? i instantly picked up on what was going on, but i didn't want to believe. it's a bit strange considering he'd done much worse to me, but this still hurt. i pulled out my phone and texted cam.

hey cam. can't explain now. just come to this address ,it's my house. i need you to come pick me up asap. something bad happened, please.

i turned off my phone, knowing cam would pull through, and if he didn't, frankly i didn't know what i'd do. i carefully and quietly walked up the stairs to the door of our shared room, where the moans only got louder. i flew open the door to find exactly what i thought was happening. alex was really fucking someone else. i laughed, honestly not surprised, and walked into our room and into our closet. i grabbed a bag and stuffed it with some clothes, and some of the cat stuff.

(a/n: idk if i mentioned this but guess what, you have a cat! if you prefer another animal that's fine and if you don't prefer a different animal at all, then sorry :^))

as i packed, very lightly i might add, he scrambled out of the bed and after me.
"baby! i'm sorry!" i stayed really quiet, packing my shit, as he rambled. something i noticed about him, he never tends to shut up. then he started to get mad.
"y/n! fucking answer me!" he grabbed my wrist and pulled. hard.
"get your dirty fucking hands off me!" i yelled, yanking my hand back grabbing the cat carrier and walking down stairs. that's when i was greeted by my life source, a little white cat with blue eyes.
"come on c/n, lets go." (a/n name him/her whatever you want idc) i put it in the carrier and zipped it up. i grabbed food, and stuff like that. all whilst alex walked through the house yelling at me.
"you really think you can ignore me? answer me you slut! you really think you're going to make it without me?" he carried on, getting madder. i knew i was running out of time before he really lost it. i suddenly picked up the pace. just before i made it back to the cat carrier, he grabbed my wrist and tried to pull me back up to the room. i yanked my arm back once again while screaming "no!". he then proceeded to slap me, harder than he ever had. i winced and fell back.
"you can't just fucking walk out on us."
"yes i can. watch me." i retorted, before standing up and punching him right back. i grabbed my shit fast, and walked out the front door, being sure to knock off, grab and throw, or take with me, any of his shit. he yelled after me, still with not much on, and followed me outside. then i finally saw what i assumed to be cameron's car. he rolled down the driver side window, and i saw him. i booked it for his car, alex following closely behind. i set the cat carrier in gently and started throwing my other things in. alex the grabbed my arm and threw me onto the ground, but that's when cam got out of the car. he absolutely towered over alex and he smiled.
"never fucking touch her again." cam stated before helping me up off the ground. before i got into the car, i grabbed some of his shit and threw it at him. i climbed in the car, flipping him off with two fingers as cameron drove away. i sighed, and began to look forward.
"thank you cam." i say quietly.
"of course, y/n" he said before shooting me a small smile and looking back towards the road.

this was gonna be a nice change.
