Seasonal changes

I screamed in pain as lights circled my body, the heat was rising and I couldn't control it. I threw my head back as bliss took over and the lights slowly faded. What was wrong with me? I watched Cassius enter the room without a shirt making my mouth water. He gave me a sheepish smirk and walked towards the bed giving me a Sun flower that he picked from the garden.

"You know Kristalia, these changes are going to bring you to the point of death. You need to go home." He stated as he faded away as the lights just did moments ago.

I groaned at the dream feeling as if I really went through the pain I just experienced.  Stretching my arm out I accidentally smacked Vincent in the face. I giggled as I watched him move around and fall face first off the bed. Serves him right for taking up all the nice warm covers.

"That hurt and all you do is giggle! You're rude Krista." Vince complained and got back on the bed only for me to push him back off only this time he pulled me with him. He smirked at our position I landed on top of him, as I felt my cheeks grow hot with embarrassment I smacked him and quickly got off.

"You are such a tease Princess!" He called out.

As I got ready for the day I couldn't stop thinking of what my dream meant and why was Cassius in it. I mean my mother explained it before she passed however I'm just so confused. What if I'm the last one of my kind? Well Cassius is one too, maybe his parents explained things to him.

Looking in the mirror one last time I watched as my reflection started to swirl around in the mirror. Two children were playing, dressed like royalty the boy chasing the girl. When men started to surround them the girl started screaming and the boy fought his way out. As the guards fought the intruders the girl was kidnapped. The boy was heartbroken, as we're the girls family. She was raised into royalty but in a kingdom far away. The boy grew up to become King of his kingdom.

The families were to unite with the two by marriage. The girl was forced into a loveless marriage with a duke. Making him the new king. The two had a child a baby girl, they named her Kristalia.

The mirror started to fade back into my reflection I watched as my face appeared with streaks of tears running down both sides. I haven't even realized I was crying I watched my mother get kidnapped and forced to marry my father. She should have been with the boy all along. The mirror started to swirl once more this time it showed a girl giving birth, it was a boy. The girl was in tears as guards came in and snatched the baby away from her. She screamed for her baby before one of the guards went by her bedside and snapped her neck, killing the crying mother. The guards took the maids baby and gave it to the king, it was his child and the kingdom couldn't find out he cheated on his wife with a maid. The king I knew very well was Cassius's father. The maid must have been from the same kingdom my mother came from.

The clues were here for me I just needed to find out where my mother came from. If I find out I can finally get my answers.

"Vincent!" I screamed as I rushed out of the restroom. He was sitting crossed legged on my now made bed. He looked up from the book he was reading and smiled at me, making my heart skip a beat.

"Yes my Princess?" He asked.

"Have you ever heard of a kingdom who is missing a child? A girl in fact?" I asked.

"Recently?" He asked as he gave me a skeptical look.

"Like when my mother was a child." I stated.

"Not really I mean there's many hidden kingdom's all around the world cloaked into secrecy only people or their children from that kingdom can actually access the land. Like the Bermuda Triangle that was one of the first kingdoms to go into hiding."

"What if I tell you my mother was kidnapped from her original kingdom, and Cassius's birth mother was actually a maid from the same kingdom. Do you think it's possible?" I asked.

"Yea I mean after what you told me anything can be possible. So do you know what kingdom they came from?" he asked

"I have no clue"

We looked all day on the web and on the royal online scrolls, we came across many kingdoms but not the one my mother came from. If only I could remember if she mentioned something to me.

So they are one step closer to finding out where her mother came from stay tuned to learn more.
