           ~Melo's POV~

Thursday morning...

Mel: "you do know that I could've drive myself to school right?"

"Okay but as your boyfriend I'm not gonna let you do that"

I watched as she smiled and put her seatbelt on

Mel: "can we hit dunkin before we head to school?"

I nodded my head and backed out of the driveway almost hitting gelo and jaden who jumped in back of my car

I hit the brakes hard asf causing Mel to look at me like I was crazy

"What the fuck you jungle monkey!" I yelled from my window

Gelo: "bro unlock the door and drive us to 24"

Me and Mel looked at him like he was crazy

"Nigga fuck the gym! do you know I could've ran yo ass over?!" I yelled causing Mel to laugh

Jaden: "please?"

"Fine hurry the hell up" I said as i unlocked the doors and watched them get in

Gelo: "Good looks bro and hey Mel"

Mel waved as I backed out of the driveway again

Jaden: "where y'all goin this early?"

Mel: "school" She said with a confused face

Jaden: "I thought school didn't start till 8:30 it's only 6:50"

Mel: "it takes us 5 minutes to get there in general but I wanna stop for breakfast"

"Plus we like to sit outside and hang out with our friends till the doors open"

Gelo: "oh I had no clue y'all still did that"

I nodded my head as I continued to drive

Jaden: "Mel I thought you had a car"

Mel: "I do; I just wanted to ride with Dip today"

Jaden: "oh that's cute"

Mel: "I guess" she laughed

Gelo: "What y'all doin after school?"

"Uh we gotta go shopping for the sleepover we're throwing tomorrow"

Gelo: "oh right!"

Jaden: "we're going on a date tomorrow night so we won't be able to make it"

Mel: "that's fine Zo and linc aren't coming either"

I nodded as I pulled up to the dunkin

"The regular?" I asked Mel

She nodded

"Y'all want anything?" I asked gelo and Jaden

They both said no so I ordered for me and Mel

When we got to the window Mel handed me her card to pay so I slipped her shit in my pocket and handed them my card.

She must be tripping if she thinks I'm letting her pay

Gelo was the only one who noticed what I did

Once we got the food I handed Mel her bag and sped off

Gelo: "where's the sleepover again?"

"Why? I thought you weren't coming"

Jaden: "we might slide"

Mel: "my dad's vacation house"

Gelo: "the one in Long Beach or the other one"

"we've decided on Long Beach"
