~Melina's POV~

Ivy: "so how was your vacation?"

Gabe: "you mean her BAEcation"

"Either way it was okay...until gelo and jaden started arguing because she sided with Denise after gelo told her to mind her business"

Lucas: "well what about you and lamelo?"

"You do know you guys can call him Melo right? And we had a great time! We went jet skiing, shark diving, we even hooped a bit" I said with laughter

Ivy: "well at least you guys had fun"

"Yeah; we did" I smiled

Ivy: "oooh somebody got dickkk"

Gabe: "ooohh my ears didn't need to hear that" he said as he mocked her causing us to laugh

"The funny thing is; I didn't."

Lucas: "so you telling me that you spent weeks with him and y'all ain't do shit?"

"No we just hung out like we used to" I semi lied

We totally had sex a million times but that wasn't any of their business

Speaking of melo I was supposed to meet him at the gym 5 minutes ago

"Guys I gotta go" I said as I grabbed my purse

Gabe: "where the hell you goin?"

Lucas: "really! You just got here"

"I was supposed to meet melo at the gym 5...now 6 minutes ago" I said before running out of Ivy's front door and straight toward my car

                ~Melo's POV~

I was sitting on the bleachers waiting for Mel...she usually isn't late unless something happened

I texted her to see where she was and she told me she was at Ivy's and lost track of time which completely makes sense since ivy talks too damn much

She can make a 30 minute class seem like it lasted 2 damn days

I heard the door to the gym section open and and looked up from my phone.

I rolled my eyes when I seen Ralph and his friends walk in

I hated that nigga with a passion and it's crazy because we used to be cool...matter of fact he was the only one who I actually told that I had a crush on Mel.

I mean Zo and Gelo suspected it but I always denied it whenever they'd ask

Me and Ralph stopped being cool after Zo got drafted and people started hyping me, telling me I was up next, calling me the ankle bully, and saying how I was the best player at chino besides my brothers

I kept telling that nigga that I was still cool with him and the hype didn't matter but his stupid ass was jealous cause he wasn't getting no recognition

I also know the only reason he did that dumb shit to Mel was because he wanted to get back at me especially since he knew how I felt about her

I remember the day Mel asked me if she should do it and I told her that it was her choice....I should've told her ass no but I wasn't tryna seem like a damn cock blocker since I knew she liked him and I THOUGHT he actually liked her

When Mel came to me crying about what happened I lost my damn mind. I went and got my brothers PLUS her brother and we all went to his house and beat his ass.....I was set on killing that nigga but the guys stopped me

I'd never seen Mel thag heartbroken matter of fact I'd seen her cry all the time but it was only when she didn't get her way. I had NEVER seen her cry over any nigga and that shit hurt MY damn feelings cause I let it happen

I should've protected her better..that was my fault

I stood up and headed for the door; I couldn't take being in the same room as him

I don't know why I'm leaving when gelo was the one who drove me here and I had no way to get home.....

oh right; I still wanted to kill him that's why I'm leaving

As I was leaving I bumped into Mel

Mel: "sorry I'm so la- wait where are you goin?"

"Ralph's in there"

Mel: "oh I see" she said lowly as she turned around and walked toward the exit with me

"I'm sorry"

Mel: "for what?"

"Not protecting you better" I said as I looked at my phone

I'm not even gonna lie, I wanted to break the fuck down but I wasn't finna bitch out like that

We walked to her car in silence and got in

Mel: "you know it's not your fault right? I made that choice on my own" she said as she started the car

"So you're not mad at me?"

Mel: "why would I be mad at you? If I remember correctly YOU were the one who told me that I should wait till I'm married...I was the one who went did it anyway" she laughed

Her laughter made me feel a little less terrible

Mel: "besides it doesn't matter who hit it first anyway; nobody care about that. The only thing that matters is who hits it for the rest of their life...and it ain't his broke and non famous ass" she said making me laugh

I looked at her as she laughed and sped out of the parking lot

Mel: "and it's not like he got the whole experience anyway! All he got was Mel in missionary. He didn't get none of this mind blowing mouth action" she said casually

I bust out laughing

"I swear you're nasty as hell" I laughed

Mel: "and you love it" she laughed as she pulled up to a red light

I smiled as she paid attention to the road when the light turned green

I've always loved her but never like this

I didn't know what the hell I was feeling but I knew a nigga wanted to have this high for the rest of his life
