Chapter 5 Approaching

As the wedding approached, Louis's health started improving more and more each day. Harry checks on him every day with every minute he can to make sure Louis takes his potion and eating the correct portion. Liam would step in when Harry was busy with other court businesses. He and Louis would discuss the wedding plans. They have agreed on blue, gold, and white. Liam wants to use white flowers, and they decide to use royal blue for the background combined with gold fairy flames as lighting.

Louis wants the cake to have as many layers as they can make it, which Liam said he would discuss with the baker.

Harry was delighted to satisfy their request.

A week before the wedding, the palace is extremely busy. All the servants are running around trying to get things done and ready. The Royal Stuart being extremely picky with the silverware. The maids try their best to put up all the decorations, arrange the vases, and prepare for the arrival of the flowers. As everyone is making good use of their time, Harry stole away with his two husbands-to-be.

After they finished their dinner, Harry decided he wanted to take a walk. He led them to the King's Royal Suite. To their surprise, it seems much more open. It looks like new construction. Everything looks so different. They don't remember seeing this part of the palace.

"Harry, where are you taking us?" Louis couldn't help but ask.

"It's something I've been planning for about two months now, and it's finally finished."

Liam and Louis were confused, but they still followed him.

Harry took them down a corridor with many rooms. He led them into the furthest room. What they saw inside was unbelievable.

It's a suite that is three times bigger than a regular Royal Bedchamber. It has a grand antechamber that is lightened by two chandeliers. This chamber contains five chaise longue, two tea tables, two mirrors, an imported rug, and endless pillows. The windows are lined with midnight blue drapes. The frames are carefully designed with gold contours. You can look out any of the windows and see different views of the garden. The walls, ceilings, and pillars look like an artist has crafted them. At the end of the chamber, there is a door that leads to the bedchamber.

Antechamber

As expected, the bedchamber is even more luxurious in real life. The room is furnished with light gold and navy blue furniture. The bed is levitated and encircled by pedestals. A chandelier and other crystal lighting illuminate the room. The ornamental furniture and curtains are embedded with rare jewels. The ceilings and floors are a work of art themselves.
