-Time Skip of a Week-
=Sadie's POV=
I was shook awake by Ally. I slept on the tour bus couch last night since I had a nightmare I was taken away from my girls. It was really scary, and I didn't want to bug them, so I just roamed around and eventually found myself on the couch. This nightmare had been occurring almost every night, each dream more intense than the last.
"Morning, baby. Did you have another nightmare?" Ally asked, picking me up onto her lap.
I nod my head and hug her tight, memorizing the feeling of her hug. I was just really nervous. I don't know why. I'm not going anywhere.
"Do you want to talk about it?" Ally asks hopefully. I was shutting out the girls for this nightmare. I knew they would say they aren't going anywhere and all that, but to me, it still wouldn't make me feel any more better than I am now. At least today I get to be with my mommy. We're going to have a day and just walk around, maybe go shopping and at the end, watch the Disneyland fireworks on the hill.
I shake my head, no. Ally sighs and says, "Baby, I'm here for you when you need me."
I nod and cuddle into her. Tomorrow is my official adopted day, but I want to do something special with Ally.
"Aw you two are just too cute, it hurts," Lauren says groggily from the doorway.
"Morning Lolo," I say.
"Morning Sadie and Ally," she says, walking to the fridge to pull out a yogurt.
"Are you ready for today?" Ally asks, kissing my forehead.
"I am so ready! I'm sorry mommy. I promised us a day together and it takes months to finally get to it," I say with a sigh.
"It's okay baby. There were some things that happened that we couldn't control, but I'm glad we can do this now," Ally says, kissing my forehead. "We should get ready now, baby. That way we won't be late for our day," Ally says, tapping my nose.
I smile and jump up, running to my bunk. I grab some clothes and put them on. I go to the back lounge and put on my converse. I actually have some pretty long feet. I can fit in the girls' shoes. I go to the bathroom and brush my hair and teeth. By the time I'm ready to go, it's almost noon.
"Are you ready?" Ally asks, grabbing my hand.
"Yeah," I say, waving to the other girls.
"Have fun!" Mani shouts as we hop out of the bus. We walk to a sandwich shop and get some food. We walk to a park and sit down under a tree by the pond. I cuddle into Ally and she kisses my head.
"I love you," I say, sighing into her side.
"I love you so much, and I am so happy to have you in my life. You are my baby, and I can't tell you how much I love you because it reaches so far beyond words. I am so happy that we are a family, and I can't wait to see what God has in store for us," Ally says, pulling me into her lap. We sit for a while, and eat our sandwiches.
"I'm glad you're my mommy," I say after a while.
"I'm glad you're my baby," she says, kissing my head. "Do you want to go walk on the beach?" She asks.
"Yes!" I say, jumping up. We pack up and take the bus to the beach. When we get there, I jump out and run to the water, looking at the waves. Ally runs up behind me and picks me up, twirling me around. I giggle when she sets me down.
"Race you to the lifeguard tower!" Ally shouts, already running. I sprint after her and shout, "No fair! You got a head start!"
I catch up to her, and she grins, saying, "Finally you caught up! You're such a slowpoke." She pokes my tummy.
I cross my arms and say, "You started running because you knew I would beat you."
Ally smiles cheekily and attacks my sides with tickles. I laugh and fall into the sand. She straddles me and tickles my sides.
"Say 'Mommy is the best'," she says.
"N-never!'' I choke out between laughs.
"Okay," Ally shrugs, tickling me faster.
"O-Okay, I-I'm gonna pee! M-mommy i-is the b--best!" I shout.
"See that wasn't that difficult," she says, plopping beside me.
I instantly cuddle into her side and close my eyes, listening to the wind, ocean, birds, and the peaceful sound of Ally humming a song I don't know. What only seems like a few minutes later, I am shaken awake.
"Look at the sunset, baby," Ally says, pulling me into her lap and resting her chin on my head.
"Wow," I breath out. I watch it, and I see a man walking along the shore. I hop up and say, "Excuse me, can you take our picture?"
"Of course," the man says, and I hand him my phone. Ally picks me up and we rest our foreheads together. The man takes our picture and we thank him.
"I love this," Ally says, smiling as she looks over my shoulder at the picture. I post it on instagram with the caption, "When I am with you, there's no place I'd rather be... I love you mommy @allybrookehernandez"
Ally kisses my head, and grabs my hand. We walk back up to the bus stop, and take it to Lookout Hill. We hop out, and rest under a tree. The fireworks should start soon. Soon enough the first ones light up the sky. I look at them with wonder. I lean against Ally and she wraps her arms around me.
"Can you sing for me mommy?" I ask, looking up at her. Ally smiles and begins to sing Rather Be by Clean Bandit. I turn myself around and rest my head on her chest. I close my eyes and fall asleep with a smile on my face.
==Ally's POV==
After the fireworks finished up, I look down and see Sadie totally knocked out. I laugh and pick her up, carrying her to the bus. We go back to the bus, and I open the door. The girls see us and smile.
"Aww she's asleep," Mila coos. She takes Sadie from me and takes her to her bunk.
"Did you have fun?" Mani asks.
"It was really good," I say, smiling. The girls continue to ask me questions until Lauren comes out and hands me a letter saying, "This is for you."
I look at her confused and she shrugs. It's from the adoption agency. I open the letter, and read it. When I finish, I collapse onto the couch. I can't believe this is happening...
"(A/N what does the letter say?! i'm gonna be hitting you guys with the feels soon hehe. What did you think? Sorry I haven't updated in a while. I was sick bleh. But anyway comment and vote!! Ily ladybugs! Till next update :D)
